Religion comes from the outside in books scriptures.
Spirituality comes from with in , you can be given guide lines like Mediation to delve within and come from your deepest truths,maximum integrity.
That way you will do the utmost to try and live in that fashion because it's you at your core.
These Monogamous Religions, Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
Teach basically rules ,you do such and such, good or bad will happen to you.
Whilst alive and after you die, fear based Religions.

Even as a teenager by then I realized there's wrong about GOD in the Holy Bible am 30yr. Even those days when I missed church on Sundays,;my mum will scold me ,oow am really glad that have come across this vedio it's very enlightening🙏👍

I was raised baptist but later followed friends and Family to become Christian, I was baptized too, trying hard to feel what everyone around me was feeling was a challenge, simply because it didn’t resonate at all with me and I refused to fake those feelings. When I use stare deeply at the “white Jesus” Portrait/painting on the wall at church or in my relatives homes, every fiber of my being knew that image was wrong. Since I was a child, I couldn’t shake this feeling that religion was not it for me. I watched my people believe without question. But none of it was resonating with me. Once I discovered spirituality, my whole world opened up, only then everything made sense. The more I learned how connecting with the earth, sun, oceans, the universe, my creator and my ancestors, the more in tune I was with life and spirituality. Now I feel wise and empowered that when I pray I am heard. It’s change my life forever. Now I am content and feel at home with worshiping this way, just like my ancestors. This resonates 100% with me.
