I love Anita M and have listened to her message for years, I do have some thoughts and questions tho….I think ALL people have empathy, like Anita says, and we should teach children,. I get that being an "Empath" is different in that entraining thing we do, but I do think ALL people feel the energy, of say an angry person in the room and all people want others around them, esp close family to "feel good". I think this is a "human" trait. I get that it is a continuum,. I just think it can be a disservice to make out an Us and Them distinction….Like somehow us "empaths" are "better" than others. I do feel I am an empath, and work in a giving field, and I was raised Catholic, that really makes us think of others first, and can lead to NOT taking good self care…I am so very grateful to learn from Anita's story and keep learning how to really make sure I cultivate that self love. It just gets confusing as I navigate the world, cause I too, have trouble with the money thing, and would want all people to have $$ security. And I do feel very anxious when I don't seem to have someone or something to "give to", like my identity is wrapped up with healing others. I am struggling to keep broadening my "purpose" in the world, so that I can have a balance of giving and receiving, but its not easy in a capitalist world. I do feel we are limited by the "system" we must operate in…like someone has to do the "dirty jobs" right…( like our computers need parts that children mine in poor countries etc)

Thank you for sharing! It's always a joy to learn of such a wonderful healing experience. So grateful to be in remission from painful, chronic, debilitating fibromyalgia. Grateful to spirit and the unique mind/body/spirit wellness work that helped me so very much! Never give up!

Fear is also a subconscious reaction related to our reptilian brain. We’re programmed to look at things negatively to protect ourselves. That’s the first step of getting through fear- excepting that your brain is going to , sometimes, not always, react defensively and negatively. The more you acknowledge the “irrational brain”… the more you can start to control it.

I appreciate hearing others who have been through similar experiences as far as NDE's. The way, my way of seeing life changed after multiple NDE's was profound and completely disconnected me from the mass fear of this world. A lot of people don't understand my views and how I see beauty in absolutely every situation, so it is amazing to hear others who just simply get it. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much Kelly and Anita. I have following you both for such a long time now it’s great to hear you both together. This conversation is a much needed lift for me right now. Life in Sydney Australia is a little crazy and unsettling at this moment and your energies and truth are like medicine for me.
I thank you both so much for all that you have done and continue to do.
Much love and many blessings .

Thank u Kelly for a unique interview, I appreciate your ability to pull out truths that u and thus others can really apply to our lives. Being an empath finally explains why I’ve struggled financially and career-wise despite a great education and all of the benefits I could have asked for! Thank u! I ordered Anita’s 📕 of course!

    Amazing interview…

Didn't know she had a new book. And to be honest this is so great to have someone share that sensitive not only is the new strong but it always has been the greatest strength. I believe it's A Course in Miracles that says gentleness is the strongest thing there is. And for us empaths it's important to know. Thank you!

You are awesome. Thank you for sharing your beautiful, mindblowing story. Yes, being human is a super power. I am diagnosed with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I was so ill and wheelchair bound. Today I am walking, dancing and driving again. There is incredible power within us. I have documented my journey in the self-help book, A Flaming Challenge. We have to take back our power to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually. We are light beings. It's time we acknowledge this beautiful love that is us.

It's an amazing and wonderful story. Thank you both for your time and share of this.☺️💓
