Today, I am shedding the light on a question that has been in the back of my mind lately and that is; why are black people leaving christianity and really just religion as whole? What’s going on and why is it happening in such high numbers all at the same time? To dissect this questions to have a discussion about it you have to look at what christianity is, where it originated, it’s history, and more-so its history in relation to black history. DISCLAIMER: If you consider yourself to be highly conservative this may not be the channel for you as the things discussed here are normally what people don’t want to talk about as it pertains to the black community.

I’m was born and raised in the church, 2nd generation Clergy. Served as an Ordained Minister/Associate Pastor for over 20 years… Have always been frustrated with the Sr. leadership about the money. Where is it going?????

Because Christianity is really just Satanism with a mask on. Just like our ancestors in Eden(the original name of Africa) proved that Enlil, the father of their “god” who they ignorantly call “Jesus”, is in fact Ha Satan masquerading as the creator. Ha Satan which means “the great oppressor”. Adamu and Tiamat(the real names of Adam and Eve) exposed their god for who he truly is as well. He was never our creator, Enki our real creator proved that easily in The Holy Tablets. Our truth predates their lie by over 36,000 years, with the youngest of our scriptures still predating the Christian bible by 6,500 years.

I left Christianity because in what world does a loving Father support sexual abuse and rape of his children?? In Christianity, church leaders not only support sexual abuse and rape, but they preach it, practice it, and reward it, and condemn and exile those who speak against it. They got all that from evil slaveowners. I couldn't fathom staying a part of something that literally hates me and doesn't at all represent the love of YHWH/Yahshuah.

I'm 43 and I'm lucky in that my parents were the more lapsed, "Only on Holidays" Christians. But I feel like there's a FEW reasons black people are leaving the church:

1. Higher university attendance rates for black people–yes, the Conservatives are kind of right on the idea that going to college will influence you to leave the church, and it's because you're reading a lot more source material for the first time. You're also being exposed, likely for the first time, to older religions like Mithraism and Zoroastrianism that CLEARLY pre-lude Christ and monotheism. Also you're likely encountering the explicit literature that slavemasters etc would use.

2. We are SICK AND TIRED of the sexual abuse rates in the church. We ALL KNOW IT'S HAPPENING.

3. We are SICK AND TIRED of the treatment of LGBTQ people from the black church.

Add all that together and you get black people leaving the church for different but connected reasons.

Christianity was created by Romans,plus I just wanna add before colonization in or on any continent or countries ..when tribes held societies and civilizations tribal people were spiritual with the beliefs and faiths entirely on there is 2 realms ..the living and the dead(celestrial)or spirit world most tribal people would also contribute every thing to our ancestors are always watching over us of course they believe in a creator of all so in short some tribes ended up creating gods or over lord watcher spirits then just put it all into worship and religion,..so there it is in a nutshell…

The Negro Bible was authorized by the church and published in Europe for the purpose of converting blacks into Christianity by missionaries and slave owners. It was heavily edited and the whole book of Mathew omitted.

only when blacks reject christianity and go back to their traditional roots of pantheism will they experience true freedom. blacks have been brainwashed into believing in christianity. just imagine the stupidity of believing in the god of the man who chained you, abducted you from your home, whipped you, raped your women, killed your children. wake up people!people like al sharpton and obama are still servicing their oppressor’s religion. islam isn’t the answer either. it oppresses its women. muslims are the first victims of islam.

A spell has been cast upon the humans of this world. Poisoning the hearts and minds (for thousands of years. Generation after generation) of the oppressed. As well as the oppressors. It is a vicious cycle. The evil and sadistic conquerors would come. Committing murder, rape and mass genocide. Stealing natural resources. And then they would introduce their weapon to control the survivors. That device is a mental, physical and spiritual thief of a weapon. That is used to manipulation and enslave. This weapon is called religion (in this case Christianity. A Roman lie/scam). The intention of this evil device is to divide us from one another. As well as divide us from the natural world. Religion imposing the illusion of ‘fear’ and separation from our own selves and all of nature. By applying fear/threats to your existence. Along with the promise of an imaginary paradise or an imaginary infinite punishment. Promising salvation after death. As long as you are obedience to their church (and give them your time, but most of all your money. Doesn’t anyone find it hilarious how much this desert god needs money?). Which is Complete nonsense. It takes courage, patience, focus, discipline and deliberate deep insight (to question the oppressive conditioning/brainwashing that we have all been put through,, to one extent or another),, To break and overcome this evil spell. But the spell is diminishing. The potency of this evil spell is dissolving,, With each new awakening and generation. Congratulations for using your heart, mind (the power of logic, reason, empathy, considerations for others, non-bias, observation), love and critical thinking,,, to break the spell. Welcome to ‘Your’ freedom!

We've been doing urban missionary work in this country for 17 yrs and we started this journey as Christians and now we are just children or God. After studying the lost gospels we realized that Jesus was not a Christian. The Book of Enoch showed me that the fallen angels have been manipulating this earth since they seen The daughters of man in took them as wives . Constantine and the catholic church took over Jesus movement and they have been perverting his word ever since. About to do a documentary we would love to parley with you.

As a white atheist I am always amazed that Christianity has so many black followers, I get why, it was forced on you by whites to make you fearful, to make you slaves physically.

Unfortunately, Christianity has become part of your culture, you said it yourself "you don't go against Jesus", that's how you are still slaves but mentally, to a story.

I have two suggestions
Read the whole bible, or at least consider if it makes sense, research it's contradictions etc.

Secondly, take strength from your community rather than some imaginary white dude, break those chains of fear of death and hell.

I left Christianity because I actually had to teach myself and learn that it's a bunch of made up nonsense. Aside from a few countries and noble ppl named in that book, it's basically all fiction. Created out of previous religious ideologies.
Thts why pastors and parents say things like
"Don't question god"
Well, I'm not gonna stay ignorant and not question the very thing I was taught to base my entire life on. Especially when the god of this particular religion has never literally been seen or heard by anyone. Indoctrination is a mutha

I'm reading a book called "The Religious Instructions of Negro in the United States". It let's know how our oppressors push Christianity on us as a means of control. Black Christian Apologists go to is Christianity was formed in Ethiopia first while still defending the oppressor's version.
