2 years agoThank you for the video, I've never seen or heard of this spice before my herb class and find it helpful to see what it looks like from the outside to in and how it's processed for food. This spice is in the category of "Aromatic Herbs that Transforms Dampness" in Chinese Medical Text. It is good for the flow of digestive track, stops diarrhea due to cold stomach, calms the fetus and reduce morning sickness in pregnancy, improves appetite, and strengthens the digestive system.

2 years agoI live in Atlanta and stopped by a African shop owned by Nigerians!! They sold me some alligator peppers I will be using some in a curry this week! You cannot go wrong with black seeds
