2 years agoNot against vegans, but it's very unhealthy to exclude taurine, dietary cholesterol, coQ10 and K2. Only get them from animals, except K2, but gotta eat tons of fermented soy daily to meet requirements. K2 deficiency causes arterial hardening, as does lack of dietary cholesterol. Your body makes minimal cholesterol on its own, and your cholesterol can become depleted, and is necessary for softened arteries. That's why we hear of vegans dying of heart attacks despite their extremely health conscious diets. Their arteries split..
