King James Version when compared to the Hebrew and Greek is the closest translation you can find. The slaves were not allowed access to the Bible. They were given bits of the Bible to keep them controlled by their slave masters. The Bible is being revealed in front of our very eyes in our lifetime. God has given us all we need to know in the Bible to save ourselves. Take it and live by it or burn in hell forever with worms coming out of your bodily crevices.
