Dr. Llaila Afrika (RIP) was a legendary African holistic health practitioner and lecturer. His Afrocentric approach might be a little different than you’re used to, but his overall message on health can be applied to all of humanity.

Dr. Melanie Stevenson was married to Dr. Afrika and will join me to talk about his message and his legacy. She will also tell us how she is carrying them on to this day.

I got my first Dr. Afrika book, African Holistic Health, in the 90’s and it was highly influential to me as both a health nut and a thinker. To this day I often watch Dr. Afrika’s youtube videos because he is a very entertaining and enlightening speaker.
