The manipulation of DNA is a magical practice as genetics relate to the kinds of souls that can incarnate on the earth. Or, the astral location in which the souls are pulled from onto the earth.

Thus, the creation of forms in #Atlantis was an attempt to house certain disembodied astral beings (who could not incarnate into a physical form) into human-like bodies. In doing so it would bring them into the life wave of the earth. This is the black magic of materialization.

Once in the lifewave, dark forces could establish systems on earth to live parasitically on humanity. While we are no longer in the Atlantean epoch, the same mindset and magical practice exists today.
