4 years agoThat pit was hell. Joe Rogan and you both need to call on Jesus or this will be your eternity. I didn't believe in hell or heaven but from drinking and drugs, God showed me I was on the path to hell

4 years agoGod is energy. Not a male or female but a form of energy. Nothing also can’t create something, especially as detailed and perfectly structured as life on earth. My problem is with religion. I can’t believe in any of the stories in there. If they happened lorde forgive me. I also don’t like feeling guilty about being human. Regardless I want to believe and I thank god for this really cool experience 🙏🏽

4 years agothis makes me feel a lil more safe A long time ago. I nearly passed when I was in the lake I was high then I just fell and went under the water and it was just blacknees and I just heard voices mad scary.

It's impossible to prove the existence of God to someone who is willfully spiritually blind, just as it's impossible to describe the color "orange" to a sightless person.
But God exists and became Incarnate as Jesus Christ Who proved His Divinity by rising from the dead. He healed ALL who came to Him, walked across a churning lake, and calmed a violent storm with His command. His Church, without material weapons, overcame the evil, brutal, sadistic Roman Empire.
His followers were the only people on Earth to ever fight a war to free slaves of another race! Think about it.
Wouldn't it be wise to follow the One True Religion He founded?

4 years agowow dude, I totally get it; confronting your own mortality- not QUITE to this extent, but way close enough to shake one to his core! I've come to see life so differently in the craziest ways. The other week I got some light bulbs rated for 5 years, or some shit like that and in my head I literally thought- huh, sure hope I'll be around to change these fuckers out! lol. I'm laughing (a little), but serious af at the same time.

4 years agoI have a feeling a lot of people claim to be atheist just to appear level-headed, logical, sane, smart, interesting etc. Not to judge this guy. Anyway, here are some options.
Option A: You were about to enter "hell" (I have my doubts, but some NDE'ers claimed to have been there) either for a brief period just to repent and call on God for help, or for a period of time, how long I can not tell.
Option B: You were about to enter a void, followed by a light at the end, and into afterlife – heaven. Initially it could have been scary yes, but the destination not so much.
Also, I personally believe that God allows us to be ourselves, even atheist, just because he allows it. You saying ''There is no God'' has absolutely no meaning, validity, truth, other than it being a simple statement. That is just like flat earth people saying the earth is flat. Well, we all know that isn't so. Or people saying there are no aliens, or intelligent life-forms out there. People might not even believe in submarines (just to use an example). There is where a certain belief falls short. Sure, on this physical realm you could reinforce those beliefs by experiences or what you call facts, but that is as far as it goes. We are simply not meant to know the true nature of reality for the simple reason that it will effect our lives. If people all knew for a fact there is an afterlife, this life would almost be pointless. At least for some. My point is: You wouldn't have people flipping burgers, cleaning toilets, if everyone knew "The Truth". Would you? We are blind to the truth for the simple fact that our physical experience on this realm continues. It sets you straight, because you only have one life to live so you give it your all.

4 years agoHe was at the gates of hades. God showed him mercy. Hopefully he responds to that mercy by placing his faith and trust in Jesus Christ or when he does die he will enter that pit.

4 years agoWhat's Shocking to me is that this man,is still an Atheist,after experiencing, what he described as being: "dragged down into a pit". Sounds like he might have been headed to the place people who believe in Heaven end up for Eternity 🤷🏾♂️. Without God, there's Nothing Good, Cherish your life, Peace and Blessings to All 🤲🏿🙏🏿🤲🏿.

4 years agomore like collective fear from the lord which acts as the reason for him to see all those things, an atheist will have knowledge on how christianity works and that they condemn none believers. The reason his vision was about "hell" because of the engrained idea that christianity gave to atheists

4 years agoJesus saved me from a massive head on collision. I swear on my life it was him….and within two weeks my daughter was conceived. Amazing how life and death collides. My tiny beetle sized car slammed into an SUV full speed head on and my boyfriend at the time grabbed my shirt …keeping me from going through the windshield. Neither me nor the other driver had any injuries. I had hydroplaned around a curved road. I knew it was God that kept me inside that car. My head caused the windshield glass to bubble out. I always knew I was hardheaded….my beautiful child is now 21. I'm praying for a couple more kids before I leave this earth. Make every day matter and know that Jesus is real. Jesus also pulled me back from the brink of dying from sepsis due to a kidney stone in 2016.

4 years agoScripture says to be absent from the body is to be present w Christ. As a Christian, I dont fear death but welcome it because this world is not our home. He said he sensed like he didn't wanna be there on instinct. We are created in the image of God and created w a need for God. Most ppl never come to realize that so they go their whole life w a void and never being truly satisfied, never finding true peace and contentment, never having true joy that isn't circumstantial. Hell is being removed from God's presence for all of eternity. He was created to be removed from God's presence. He was made to be in fellowship w God n that's why he just knew that he didn't wanna be there n it didn't feel right.

4 years agoJesus Christ is the Son of God and he is God! Jesus Christ loves you more than anyone else ever could!!!! Jesus Christ died on a cross for your sins and rose from his grave on the third day for your salvation and resurrection!!!!! Worship and believe in Jesus Christ and you will be saved and spend eternity with Jesus in Heaven but if you reject him then unfortunately you will spend eternity in Hell where you will be tormented and tortured. Please, give Jesus Christ a chance!!!!

4 years agoWhen he says (idk who to thank) is redundant because he should be thanking God and Jesus our heavenly father he spared his life and gave it back even tho he doesn't believe in him God believed in him and gave his precious gift back. He was sinking down due to his non belief in God and that was God's way or sign of showing him to start believing from now on but yet he still doesn't so idk if he will get a second chance next time something happens. He needs to think of that and open his mind of to belief
