2 years agoI'm an ER nurse and I just want to apologize for that nurses treatment of you. It is not for us to decide if you are in pain or not, if you tell us you are in pain, we need to help you. I'm so sorry.

2 years agoI appreciate these interviews and I really like and believe your guest. Having said that he spent an enormous amount of time talking about physical things and that's not why most of us are here

2 years agoI just listened again. Wow. What a wise, gentle soul. I can feel his vast love, sharp intellect and expansive spiritual understanding…to have transmuted pain and suffering into the level of curiosity and joy he exudes—is rare and inspiring. Thank you both for this amazing interview. I listen to it again and again.

2 years agoThe medical field has a lot to learn and it’s men like you that’s going to teach them the ego just not come before health it will diminish health because it doesn’t have our best interest at heart. They’re taking her bow to not to harm but they harm especially with Covid. So who is really wrong

2 years agoAnd another EXCELLENT podcast !!! There’s something about Joe that resonated with me. He seems familiar, maybe because we are both midwestern folks, IDK. It was comforting. Oh my gosh as I type this I recall the part of the story where his sister-n-law held his hand and noticed how his energetic self made her feel warm and calm. Perhaps even the sound of his voice and how Joe comes through “the airwaves” also has the same effect?!?! That’s the coolest thing! Gratitude coming back towards the both of you! 🧿🧿⚡️⚡️🧿🧿

2 years agoI have a great doubt. If we reencarnate I supouse we are always the same souls for ever but in different bodies, but why then there are each time more and more people over the world? New souls or what?

2 years ago🎯Believe In Jesus and Have faith in Jesus
16 For this is how God loved the world: he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.
17 For God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but so that through him the world might be saved.

2 years agoThe nurse who abused him should have been fired. I have experienced this kind of behavior by nursing staff so many times. My personal feeling about nurses is that they are mostly the same way. Rude, cold, arrogant, lazy, overrated and overpaid. They’re all in it for the money and couldn’t care less about anyones pain, other than their own. I have been treated this way and after a while I started telling them exactly what I’ve written and said I pray for the day when it’s their turn, because it will come. I hope the “nurse” spits in their faces. 99%of them deserve it.

2 years agoThere's a saying you can't hold two thoughts at the same time so what the doctor was recommending, makes sense 32:40 and Joe Homsey's solution made sense, he found what interested him to distract from the pain as he was emotionally involved in what he liked,
and using a physical exercise at the same time creating new pathways between motor function
and brain function. I'm glad he found a decent doctor.
Mr Homsey has a quiet sense of strength. Amazing story.

2 years agoThere was a cute song called 'attitude adjustment' comes to mind, The attitude of those two caregivers, I always pity those that are in their family having to put up with that caustic attitude.
We that come in contact with those types, only share a short time with them, but the family~has my pity.
