In Monroe's Journey Out of Body – this book will educate the reader what is happening, as noted in this video – except it is not near death leaving the body, but a normal occurance for some people, perhaps all people, when they sleep. If you marry this book with the book – The Reality of ESP by Targ, on Remote Viewing, the result will change the way you look at the world and life after death of flesh. The Spirit Brain lives on. As a Christian, reading these books challenged the way I was taught reading the Bible. Once you study Dolores Cannon regressive hypnosis that she carefully documented and meticulously researched with historical accounts and archeological accounts that we are just now learning about / finding – – not to mention the uncovering of the Book of Enoch that also disclosed the souls constant reincarnation (but the church didn't want anyone to know about that- it's difficult to scare them into servitude and tithing or having damnation when it turns out one can just walk out of Hell, IF one even ends up going there). Thats cool. I had a out of body experience when I was 16. It happend together with a friend. When I noticed that we have laughed so hard that we both left our bodies and were sitting above them in the lotus position, I just told her, that she knew that we can not keep out of our bodies too long, because we will not be able to get back into it. (Where the hell did my knowledge came from?) We looked at eachother and: One thought, one move. And we were back in our bodies. It was fun. This happend in Germany. This is how we are functioning without the body barrier. But I had a very friendly relationship with the "beyond" long before. First of all, I never stopped to call God father, since I can speak. I was quite aware of the One Creator since I was 3 years old. And my grandfather visited me when I was 11 to tell me never to be afraid of nothing. I promised to follow and I always did and will do. He died when my mother was 5 years old 😆 He is such a big love of mine. I recognized him inmediately when he appeared next to my bed. When my grandmother died (I lived in Valencia back then, about 10 years ago), both showed up together in my flat. Showing me, that they are together again. To feel both together was really cool and I am very thankful to be so gifted with their presence, love and care in this life. Once I searched the grave of the deceased mother of a friend in Germany. I promised to check her grave but I couldnt find it. So I just asked her where her grave is. A body of light appeared at my left and showed to the left. And I found her grave there. Another weird situation happend another night in Germany too. I came home and my cat Lilly run from one room to another totally stressed. I am an empath, and I knew we were not alone there. My cat and I felt it very clearly. So I sat down, closed my eyes and started to draw, because my capabilities were able to show me who the intruder was. I drew a man with a black cape and a black hat and high boots like people around 1600-1700 AC. The weird thing was that I smelled him, after he made me sit up and lay down in my bed about 4 to 5 times like in trance once I tried to sleep. Trance or another kind of external body control. I couldnt do anything against it. I couldnt breath well. When he made my legs stand on the floor, right before him, I could see his legs for a moment and I smelled him in this moment. Then he made himself invisible again and a light came out of the roof and he walked into it and disappeared. I was begging Jesús and God to help me, because he was too strong for me. But I am quite sure that this was the same man who harrassed a whole class of little girls in South América some years ago. A time traveller. Or space traveller. I wouldnt have been able to smell him otherwise. The light ray was also different to the light light beings emanate. In Murcia Spain I had the pleasure to meet one of the bigger Greys, to see some space ships flying in a speed I never saw before and some other things from this and other worlds. Hence, life is not only that what u can see with your eyes. The Grey visited me during the night, he was just curious and invisible. But I felt something touching my legs at night and one night I got so angry with him and told him that I knew that he was there, and that he shall show himself…well he did. As I rushed out of my bed I stood right in front if him without seeing anything, but I trusted my intuition. I stood directly in front of him when he made his head visible for me. 😆 We keep telepathically in touch since then. There are many worlds in this our world. Hidden worlds for eyes which dont want to see. Once you are totally peaceful to every creature in all universes doors or maybe also portals open up to see more as before on the same plane. No judgement and a lot of compassion is needed. Its nice to see that you are interested in all this too. By the way, some days ago a tarot reader told me not to cut my hair 😂 when I was just thinking about it, but didnt wanted to weaken my abilities. I feel that its true for outer experiences or vibrations. Inner spiritual knowledge can only be gained through the heart. And for the heart the hair plays no role. There are so many planes to consider, but its late now here nearby the Rhine, and the planes will wait until tomorrow. Good night! And dont forget: Never be afraid of nothing. Good summary. The doctor is correct: in general, the experiencer can only report in the context of their own language and cultural knowledge. In other words, the brain has to “ translate” the experience back to the experiencer himself, else there would nothing coherent to report.

I have come very close to death twice, unconscious from hypothermia. Didn't see a damn thing of a spiritual nature, one probably needs a more violent imminent death to proc the brains alert mechanism, hypothermia creeps up on you.

I was caught in a rip on Bondi beach many years ago. I remember it vividly, it was New Year’s Day and the beach was crowded. Within what seemed like seconds the beach was very far away. I struggled and splashed frantically trying to swim forward but to no avail and I realised that this was how my life was going to end and a calmness came over me. Suddenly I was moving quickly back to the shore, (I assumed a surfer) had seen me struggling and had slid me onto his surf board from behind and guided me back to the shore. I reached the beach and clambered out of the water extremely weak and in shock, I turned around to thank the surfer but there was nobody there. I walked back to my friends dazed, laid down on my towel and never spoke a word of what happened until years later.

I experienced something similar to this with something called “Breathworks”… a technique that sort of incorporates hyperventilation in a way. Very deep and profound. I don’t think EVERYONE would have the same experience with it -but I did 😊
