2 years agoYou're not supposed to cross a crosswalk on a scooter or a bike, you're supposed to dismount and walk.

2 years agoI had a buddy who hit a female who rode a bike through the crosswalk. not only did she get hurt. she was legally liable for the damage to his vehicle. you are not a pedestrian on a bike or scooter.

2 years agoYou gotta be more aware of your surroundings. This obviously was the drivers fault but you could have easily avoided this by paying attention. My advice is dont get a scooter if you are that oblivious to other drivers.

2 years agoDon't know who's at fault but can give you some tips and tricks to make sure you stay alive one get a high visibility reflective vest two when coming to a crosswalk area with high volumes of traffic slow down and proceed with caution nobody cares about each other's lives you have to care about your own three get a chest mount GoPro and record everything

2 years agoYour fault, you didn't even stop, Even if you are a pedestrian you're still supposed to stop at cross walks because cars can't always stop, and you flew through their fast ass he'll, you got what's coming for not even slowing down and looking

Vehicles were ment for roads. Scooters were originally ment for parks and open areas for fun. Did you know that in order for a Vehicle to be street or road legal it had to meet a weight requirement? Because a scooter is well below that requirement, Vehicles have right of way before you do, unless you wanna die.
