2 years agoThe movie franchise of “Star Wars” is based upon a conflict between two ancient Empires, the same Empires and ancient grudge that are the subject of Romeo and Juliet. The Romans (who were Huns) used the symbol of the Star and Crescent, while the Israelites (descendants of Hebrews) used the symbol of the Star of David.

2 years agoGlad youtube suggested you, great video. I appreciated the geography and elevation overview of the region too. That really helped me grasp the lay of the land of the region in a much better way than I've come across until now! I also liked seeing the surrounding tribes' territory. When you read and hear about all these endless different '-ites' but can't visualize how they relate to each other geographically and who's in what type of climate and therefore lifestyle it doesn't click the same way at all. Great work!

2 years agoSo, the Canaanites lived on and were not completely destroyed by God in the bible. God wants the Israelites to defeat the Canaanites, so people have accused God of genocide, but all the Canaanites were not practicing child sacrifice or bestiality only some of them were according to Archaeologists. God was trying to destroy the evil elements and the cult some of them belonged to. The bible tells us that God didn't want the Israelites to marry into these people so complete genocide was not Gods intention. So, the bible and archaeological findings show that God is not a genocidal maniac as some people insist.

2 years agoThe only thing he was inaccurate about was the transliteration of Megiddo. Armageddon is a conjunction of Arma + Megiddo. Which means, Battle of Megiddo. Though, his point was still valid.

2 years agoAt 10:28 you mention that King Sol was slain in battle against the Philistines, but you make no previous mention of the term "Philistines" or which races comprised the Philistines? Were they a conglomerate of other southern races (perhaps including Egyptians) or are they defined by some unified religious beliefs? I'm a bit confused how they suddenly appear out of nowhere in this accounting of historical events. And why did these new Philistines go to war with King Sol (whom you refer to as the king of the Israelites. I realize this is a condensed history, and it's a fascinating video, but I can't understand where these groups come from or what separated them. Was this a war over resources or religious beliefs? Finally, is there archeological evidence that supports these events, or is this information just coming from the bible (whatever bibles were being used and written at that time)? Thanks

This is a half backed history.
Canaanites were Semitic Jews since 10,000 years ago.
They were also the Black Natufians.
You're talking about the Mitanni people came from the BMAC (initially Yamnaya) culture.
