Hello episode 15 of Makeup & Mayhem: True Crime with Bella Monsoon…me! I’m back this week with another South African true crime. I’ve been working extremely hard on this one- from watching court footage and reading books on the case to watching mulitple interviews & documentaries. This case has blown up in the media in South Africa but from the research I’ve conducted, I’ve decided to share some lesser known facts throughout the episode. I’ve also delved into the idea of what makes cults WORK from a psychological viewpoint (as that is my speciality)

There is also so much more I can speak about – but I didn’t want to make the episode any longer! So if you would like me to do a short follow up mini-sode on the idea of Satanic Panic, more information of the workings of cults etc- let me know.

For just over 4 years, the suburb of Krugersdorp South Africa was struck multiple tiimes with murders that appeared to be Satanic in nature. When the real trruth came to light, it was a story that was beyond belief. 7 members. 11 murders. 4 years.
