Today would have been Dr. Afrika’s 79th Born Day…he was a fearless teacher…who early in his life..went behind enemy lines and became a Military Nurse…and left their organization and came back to our community and taught us what they were doing to our bodies through the “food” …. through books like, “Nutricide,” African Holistic Health book and others.
