    “I didn’t have a guide…” – Pasang Bodhi doesn’t go up there for fun, he’s a Sherpa, a GUIDE. 🙄

Why are people so triggered by mountain climbers? How does this affect you in the slightest? And the garbage…. It’s not like ur garbage is sent somewhere else to decompose faster😂😂😂 it’s just trash somewhere else stop being so angry with life!!!

Does it still count using others ropes and ladders,of course it counts, but is there a category of people who got no help?

  14. #14

Man they ruined the whole fun point of climbing that shit, now it’s not even worth the near death. It’s like when “influencers” post secret spots and it gets crowded by causals

To spend around 50k each, to go on a death march, for a view. And you have to leave any morals you may have behind, and are willing to step over people in trouble and leave them to die 🤷🏼‍♀️ hire a f’kn helicopter and do a tour of Everest and K2. And you don’t have to push anyone out to get back down for tea 😡 less que’s in Disney 🙄

Lots of people tend to comment that they ought to close the mountain. That's easy to say, but ever consider how many natives rely on the tourism trade and how many lives would be financially ruined because we've squashed their livelihood? Sherpas are amazing. Many of them love to climb and this is a dream job for them as they're doing something they love. Can their benefits be better, can things improve, should changes be made and better laws put in place, absolutely.

It's still impressive to Summit. Yes, it is a rich person's aspiration. It's still the ultimate test of your endurance and a culmination of years of training and planning. I'd like to hear why climbers think there is so much trash left behind and what they think could be done. I'm not saying it's "right" but I know there was a lot of trash in one pic because a snowstorm blew all the supplies to an area, in another pic, people were still actively using the tents, etc.

Why hasn’t the nepal government created an allowance of people on Everest? Seems like these predicaments keep happening where they’re just too many people at one time trying to summit. Make it make sense?

He has to have a mental health issue to believe this is ok

If I was dating someone and found out he climbed Everest I would dump him….it’s proof he doesn’t care about himself so why would he care about me?

  22. #22

ego ego ego…actualy dont care about these people

  23. #23

Egotistical wealthy people who risk their lives for nothing, nothing brave, heroic, or more adventurous than Russian roulette. The heroes are the Sherpas who deal with these rich egotistical idiots.
