I experienced sleep paralysis when I was a teenager..only once that I can remember. I also used to sleep walk and I have had the same experience of seeing the grid. I had fallen asleep and was opening my eyes and I could see a grid made of white light and I could also see the walls and furniture in the room but it was more blurred than the grid and I could see what I perceived to be stars and the universe but the grid was the most pronounced. I have also had what I call a zapping. It was like an electrical charge that zapped my forehead. That has only happened once ..I truly relate to everything your saying you've experienced.

I saw the red grid decades ago and it was trying to envelop me. It was in my minds eye one night when I was in bed. I had to resist it and break free. Other things happened at the same time and something was definitely trying to vamp my mind in some way. Another time while I was awake everything turned silver like flowing mercury, there was no other colour present.

I've heard of people who've had NDEs seeing the "grid" before. One person said that at each two intersecting lines was a point of light, and she regarded this as a soul. The countless souls are interconnected through the grid, of energy perhaps. So anything that affects a soul or the lines of energy affects the entire grid, like the rippling effect of dropping a stone in a body of water.

This is the only person I've encountered who saw the grid other than myself. I was wide awake and the grid of light just spontaneously appeared briefly, then was gone! It was like a glimpse to tip me off as to the nature of this realm, or reality. I also had awakened Kundalini, but it peaked years prior to seeing the grid. I also went through a period of seeing what looked like ancient symbols in the air, on the walls etc.

kundalini awakening is not enlightenment .she had an awakening experience and thats just the beginning of the path not the end enlightenment is the end process of incarnation you dont become enlightened by accident neither can you carry unresolved psychological aspects to the higher realms as long as someone is on the planet they are still in the spiritual school taking classes including the so called experts that appear on you tube

Dangerous to say so, because it's mean that the Hitler, Himmler, Staline, Mao, Pol Pots, serial killers like Ted Bundy and Co are not accountable for all the Evil they have wrock upon Humanity.

That we are mere puppets and something plays with our human souls and consciousness…

So I'm not that sure, it's as that easy and with no consequences to the Evil ones and they can escape all.

Not that I believe in the christianity belief in a eternal hell, the Divine for me, cannot be as Evil than Evil itself.

But the idea of a pure simulation with no accountability at all 🤔🤔🤔

Unless Evil ones are programs like the agent Smith and other agents in the movie The Matrix or like the outlaw with Yul Brenner in the original movie Westworld, that dies everyday and was brought back as an outlaw 🤷‍♂️

Because I don't belive into that New Age BS that a serial killer dies and is lovely soul goes back up to get is Oscar for his earthly performance…
And then he will reincarnate into a fireman, a doctor or whatsoever to clean his bad karma 😂😂😂😂
