2 years agoI know exactly how that feels when I was in a situation that all I did instead of freaking out my mind completely focused with such a insane precision that I was able to take one shot upside down with my non dominant hand and hit target right in the chest from getting body slammed and then take out the rest

2 years agoI know exactly what he's talking about as I was on patrol in Vietnam in 1969 when a Marine behind me stopped on a booby trap when it went off 6 feet behind me. When I turned around I saw that it was a bouncing Betty, one of ours. Everything was in slow motion and I could read the markings on the side of the canister, black letters on an olive brag green canister. Then it fell to the ground and I just stood there knowing that I was going to die. However, it didn't explode, thank God, otherwise, it would have killed me and two others who were next to me. This wasn't the only time during my tour I experienced things in slow motion.

2 years agoWhat hes talking about is real. I experienced it during a car crash. Everything was in slow motion. I felt like my brain was functioning in real time, but everything around me slowed down to a crawl

2 years agoIt’s based on the frames per second that we process. When the automatic nervous system kicks in then basically the frames per second that we see completely slow down like watching a movie and slow motion.

2 years agoThe way you just described that series of events just took something away from me and made me realize that this is real. This same sequence of events happened to me while taking sniper fire mixed with small arms in Afghanistan time slowed down I could almost see the bullets coming matrix like everything changed sounds of a bullet getting real close the light, smell peoples voices thank you for explaining that
