Dr. Llaila Afrika with his sense of humor details the effects and solutions for Drug, Sex, Religion & Food Addiction. Dr. Afrika similar to Dr. Sebi taught on healthy living and breaking the shackles on many of our minds of learned behavior. Dr. Sebi was born in 1933. He lived to be 83. Dr. Afrika died in 2020. He was 74. I come from a lineage of longevity on my mother’s side of the family. Three of my aunts lived to be 101, 98, & 97. The aunt who lived to be 101 broke her leg a few years ago. This is when she was confined to a wheelchair. Prior to that in her 90’s, she got around great on her own. My grandfather & uncle lived to be 91 & 92. They were not formally educated as these men were, yet they outlived them. They grew up with limited resources. Their parents were sharecroppers; only one generation from slavery. Eating meat was a delicacy. They all ate pork & other meats. The Most high does forbid this per scripture. My relatives ate this & all food in moderation. They ate to live, not lived to eat. Giving praise, honor, glory to God, eating/drinking in moderation, moderate exercise, & getting plenty of rest is the foundation for them living long, healthy lives. I met a man at my local business who was 97. He aged unbelievably well. He showed me his driver’s license to confirm. He said he does not drink or smoke, but he enjoyed eating pigs feet! He said his father lived to be 109 & his mother lived to be 112. I felt like he was an angel sent from God. He gave me a message that I will keep close to my heart. I had not seen him before or after. I truly believe if we live with God as our head & take care of the body he gives us, we can live long, healthy, & prosperous lives!
