Gabriele Heikamp is a 66 year old retired medium & channeler based in Germany. She is a former graphic-designer, NDE in India 1981, 2010 after accompanying her husband in hospice. Dying of cancer, Gabriele started a mediumship training which opened her contact to the spirit world. 13 years working as medium, after visiting the Bosnian pyramids and having encounters in the tunnels and with the Sufi sheik in Visoko (who was her father in another life). Perhaps she hasn't read the bible or doesn't know this exact scripture.

Also.. perhaps its not always about not wanting to be grumpy and changing it, because that still comes from a place of judgment. The judgment that feeling grumpy is bad. No, it is just what it is and instead I would suggest exploring the origins of the grumpy feeling. Why am I feeling grumpy? What are the thoughts that cause this grumpy feeling?
