1 year agoI was 6 year old and experienced a NDE. Over the years I have experienced astral projection not by choice. It’s actually something that scares other people so I don’t talk about it. I have had others ask if I was psychic or had abilities. Honestly I just shut down not knowing what to say. I feel that people who are NDE’s have a lot of PTSD thereafter and struggle in the current world.

1 year agoI suffered a serious car accident 4 years ago and got into meditation to try and get a grip on the other worldly symptoms.
Very quickly I was entering worlds I never could have imagined while beginning to recover. Less than a year later, I have a new pathway from by brain to my body, but I have to report that my perception of literally EVERYTHING has changed.
It’s like I’m seeing the 3D world with my eyes, but my 3rd eye is also seeing what’s happening at the same time. Often when I I’m daydreaming behind the wheel I find my ego ceases to exist and I’m just the universe experiencing itself. It’s like tripping way too hard only you’re totally sober and able to operate heavy machinery 😅

1 year agoHere's how i do it. Bear with me im a Bulgarian and my English may not be perfect. Find a quiet moment in the morning when you're not tired. It's important to not be tired because you'll fall asleep. Lay down in a quiet room, close your eyes and stop thinking. Soon you'll feel the need to fall asleep. Let your brain fall to that Beta wave still without thinking about anything, You'll be feeling so sleepy at that point, but don't let your brain fall all the way. Force your mind to stay awake but sleepy in that medium stage and you'll start feeling vibration waves coming from above. When this happens some sort of protection mechanism kicks in and your body will start itching somewhere or you'll suddenly feel the need to swallow – DONT. Keep laying with closed eyes, not thinking and forcing yourself out of sleep. Vibration waves will be coming stronger and stronger to a point where you can start trying to take your hands and legs out and then your whole body out of your body. IF it didnt work you probably lost connection because you moved or thought about something, or fell asleep, but thats also ok you'll have very vivid dreams probably about past lifes or something else of high importance about you. Also have in mind uncontrolled astral projections are usually almost always forgotten and no one can control them in the beginning. While projecting you can be as yourself or enter and control animals minds while their soul is still there. Its dangerous because its possible with humans too, except those with strong will. Information can be too much. The astral is overwhelming to say the least. There could be side effects like sleep paralysis, but it's all worth it. I've had some pretty crazy encounters.

1 year agoIt's really easy to test if these people are lying. Place an object in a different room and lock the door. Then ask the person to use astral travel to go into that room. No one has done this and no one can do it. Astral travel is NOT real.

1 year agoI do it alot, I'd get scared at times too. Sometimes it just happens to me. One time I astral projected and was playing with a neighborhood dog that I'd feed everyday. I was flying above him and he would chase me and bark he was so happy to see me. It was a happy time for both of us. Later that day I told my hubby what happened in my dream with the dog (thought I had a dream) he then told me that, that dog passed away, it got hit by a car, he seen the owner who was digging a hole in the ground and seen the dog's body lying on the ground. The owner told him the dog got hit by a car. Then I put it all together the dog was coming to say goodbye to me and play with me before he left. I never saw him again after that. I would've never known that he passed away if my hubby didn't tell me. 😔

1 year agoWhen I meditated, I didn’t move and breathed slowly. My mind felt like it was light and my body felt like I was shaking. I stopped because I got scared. Is this astral projection?

1 year agoNot sure if this is the same, but I've been trying to find an explanation. After a booze filled camping weekend on a cold 26°f PA afternoon I decided to swing by rope with one hand (the other holding by malt fuel) over a local lock (swimming hole for those who don't know) anyway I fell in, and as I hit the water my self (conscious self) fell slightly below my body. I drifted for a while in absolute peace, for some reason not scared at all, just sort of taking it in, then I realized, OK I should probably get back, and boom, like that I was back in my body, swimming to shore, and hiking it to the car to change my literally frozen clothes and blast the heat. Still haven't figured out exactly what it is I experienced. Astral projection or just near death or are the one in the same?

1 year agoI did by accident 3 times, all years apart. The first time I was tired from working a 12 hour shift. My cousin was talking to me and I was trying not fall asleep and ended up doing so mid conversation. I was standing over my body looking at her. As soon as she came to shake me it's like I zipped back into my body. Weird, but amazing.
