4 years agoI was sick with appendix at home ! My father going thru the war in New Guinea didn’t believe in doctors! Hence at home I was getting worse with pain & vomiting! Lucky we were living next door to a doctor who said I had to go to hospital immediately in which he was only a small amount of people had a car in those days! This was the first time that I can remember riding in a car! As I found out later that the car was a Willies about 1947 model as It had two little windows in the back like a oval cut in half! Also the trip to the hospital I remember the blue/ green street lights we passed under as I lied in my mothers lap in the back seat! We got to the hospital which I was placed on a trolley & taken to a ward where I had my pyjamas taken off & two nurse attended me & began to paint my whole body with a brown coloured stuff! Then they started to wheel me down a hallway in which I asked to go to the toilet of which I was told to hang on! But my control of wanting to go was getting pretty bad of which I kept on asking the nurse that I had to go badly but she just said I had to hang on of which I start to cry saying I can’t! The nurse continues to tell me to hang on, well I just let go & the nurse said we will have to go back & do it all again! Well one of the nurses said well he did tell you & so it was back to the ward & eventually we arrived at the operating room! The Next thing which I remember walking hand in hand with a woman in white past a office with o strong light coming out of the doorway & lead me to a bench seat in a hallway down from this office & told me to sit there & she would come back for me! It seem a while sitting there with no noise & can only remember a couple of people passing me which were old men but just kept sitting there looking up & down this hallway which was not straight but slowly curved to & from where I sat so I couldn’t see a beginning or end! Then this lady come from that office & said to me come on, I asked where we were going? She said you are going back! I said I didn’t want to because of the pain I was experiencing plus it wasn’t a happy family life as my brother & me got the strap from my father which thinking years later that he had problems himself! But she said to me you must go back as it’s not your time! Then I woke up in brilliant sunlight in a ward full of kids, approximately about eight to ten kids! Then my Mum come to see me & left me a two bob chocolate which was a big deal then who got a bit of chocolate once or twice a year which she said I will put in your draw besides your bed & you can have it later! I never saw that Chocolate! Mum folded me later on that I was very lucky as I had died as my appendix had burst & had to give me a blood transfusion to save me! Thinking about that later on in life, was that a dream or what ? So that was put in the back of my mind! Much later in life I got married & had two girls which my youngest passed at 20yrs of age! My other daughter had three kids, first a girl, then a boy & another girl! The last girl has grown up & my daughter can be sitting down talking & her youngest can come in & we just stop & look at her like we were looking at my passed daughter & it’s not just me, my family who knew her just can’t believe it not just in looks but her mannerisms is freaky! Also she stops & says when we just look at her says yes I know I look like her! And so the story goes! Ray Beattie QLD Australia

4 years agoYou seem so scared that these near death experiences are getting so much attention. It’s almost like you don’t want them to be true. For some reason you feel like it’s taking away from the church or your position or something. That’s pretty pathetic because it’s not competing with the church at all. Its getting more people to believe in God. I don’t know why you would want to discredit their experiences. It’s really sad. I have left organized religion because of people like you.

4 years agoMy teleportation experience is what led me to search the Internet for other people who have had strange experiences that are unexplainable which led me to nde’s‘s… Both my aunt and my sister died and their consciousness was floating above their body and they could tell all the doctors and nurses what they were doing. Many people have had out of body experiences, some have had teleportation experiences like myself, some have been abducted by other beings and others have had experiences when they died experienced another place and then came back to this place. No one knows what this is. I’ve listen to over 1000 NDE interviews and stories and to me it seems as though this is a simulation… and it seems as though there is a Loving Presence that put us here for our benefit. And I have had a very hard life— painful beyond belief— and I can still say that Love is real and this is for our benefit. Watch out, and take care

4 years agoI had a near death experience eight years ago. While sitting in a dark dining room talking to my wife, who was laying in her bed about ten feet away, who incidentally was dying from severe PAD, I started getting the symptoms of a heart attack. I have had two previous heart attacks and knew the sensations. I checked my blood pressure and there was none. Slightly panicked, I stood up to tell my wife that I didn’t have a pulse. When I stood up, I just turned off. When I came to, I was lying flat on my back alongside of the dining room table. I had no clue as to what had just happened or where I was. All I could see was an extremely beautiful glow on the underside of the dining room table that consumed my attention. I was astonished on how incredible the intricacy of the woodgrain looked; it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen in my life. (It was dark in the room, and I shouldn’t have been able to see anything under the table.) As my consciousness started to come back, I could faintly hear my wife in the background screaming my name while on the phone to 911. As I came to, I felt really good, better than I had ever felt before; I told my wife that I was okay and to cancel 911. I got up and sat back at the table, still completely overwhelmed with the beauty that I had seen under the table. It took several minutes for the incredible sensations of wellbeing to wear off and my consciousness to fully come back. We think my heart stopped, then the fall backwards landing flat on my back must have started my heart again. We talked about my amazing experience for some time that night. I don’t know what caused me to experience such an incredible hallucination and sensations of wellbeing. Possibly, some kind of brain chemistry was going on, but it was more vivid in that moment that anything that I have ever experience in normal life. Less than a year later, my wife of thirty-four years died in the ICU while I was holding her hand. I hope she experienced the sensations and wellbeing that I had; she was the love of my life…

4 years agoSpent more than half the time just referencing other people – this is classic strategy for people who aren’t actually well versed in the field. Not saying he doesn’t have some OK content. But it weakens his talk significantly.

4 years agoIn 1973 I was pronounced "DEAD On ARRIVAL" at a medical center… More than half an hour passed, then my heart started beating again… During that time, I "LIFE The Real Self", entered the WHITE LIGHT, and have remained in the WHITE LIGHT to this day… I have NOT left the WHITE LIGHT, nor returned, as others have reported to have ! Those who claim to have returned, have NOT recognize WHAT, The WHITE LIGHT really is… When you recognize WHAT the LIGHT actually is, and accept it, you remain in The LIGHT as I have !

4 years agoa portal open for me as i heard the beeping sound fade and the EMT saying were losing him. a voice asked me twice to just go to sleep, I told the EMT what they were saying but the beeping all but stopped. . . . I was above in orb form just looking at all the people with sad faces. all but one. he knew. the colors and feelings are well amazing and i cry typing this. it was beautiful. i told them i cant because of my kids and here I am, I just might sleep the next time.

4 years agoHe seems very skeptical . He is not conveying the work done by the foremost experts in this field world renown experts . People should know this and research it for themselves.These professional brain and mind doctors who are well respected world wide have studied neds in the thousands of cases over many decades come to a very different understanding and reality than proposed here. And they do not propose a strictly religious or supernatural meaning .Rather may use the words Grest oneness and love , beauty , all together as a great common understanding of not being separate but all are one together .This.professor cherry picks certain articles and proposed they all witness heavens gates etc,etc. This is completely inaccurate in the vast body of evidence. And most importantly , There is no judgement in any subjective reading of any of these ndes.

4 years agoI had a near death experience back in 2011 I died off 2full bottles of nightquil at the same time yes I did freak out seeing my own body but now I’m back it did feel like a dream like after my nde I did not go to the hospital that night the tunnle is real but i gotta say it was nice in heaven I was in a golden room and a deep voice said to me it’s not your time go back no I did not want to be back I wanted to stay in heaven thanks for your testimony

4 years agoWhy make so many useless arguments when the question can be answered by a simple experiment? The experiment is simple, a card two feet away from the ceiling, face up. If the patient can see it, then OBE is real; otherwise, it is just an imagination of the brain. Problem solved. Unless the patient can fly to the ceiling level, he cannot see what's on the card.

4 years agoI had a near death experience, but not with angels. That was like computer had scanned my life. Where was our galaxy with letter I in the center and that was like you see in a picture. Where was not any love or hate everything was mechanical scanning. I asked, am I death, no answer . I was speaking mentally and I didn’t see myself I just knew that was about me . And the only important for me was: life and my son and that was written black on white something like in computer … and I came back and see the doctors around me and happiness just pure on me… After that experience I see life as precious gift

4 years agoVery well structured and thought out. Thank you for this informative talk and not just jumping to conclusions. One question I have is for people who have OBEs why not study that more quantifiably by putting numbers or symbols on the walls of the operating theatre but out of view of how patient is positioned so the only way they could tell you the pattern is if they really did see it somehow. This seems low cost and simple to do and verify. If people could be made aware to look out for such things should they ever experience such a thing and be able to come back to tell us, that would be very interesting to me.

4 years agoIVE ALWAYS HAD THIS FEELING THAT THERES WAY MORE THAT WE DONT KNOW, AFTER LISTENING TO HUNDREDS OF TESTIMONIES ABOUT LIKE AFTER DEATH, I ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE THAT ONCE WERE DONE HERE WE GO TO ANOTHER LIFE AND DEPENDING ON HOW WE LIVED OUR LIVES WE EITHER GO TO HEAVEN OR A LESSER PLACE AND IF U WERE EVIL U DO GO TO HELL AND SUFFER FOR ALL ETERNITY, THATS WHY I TRY TO BE A NICE GUY AND I LOVE GOD AND JESUS FOR ALL THEY DO TO HELP US GET TO HEAVEN…..

4 years agoMy wife had an NDE post gall bladder removal. She said it was dark, but, she could 'see'. The feeling was of an amazing calmness. No one came to her and the next thing that happened was her doctors voice yelling, you have to breath, you have to breath. She took a breath and it was all over.

4 years agoI woke up to this guys voice and just his voice is bothersome. I didn’t know what he was talking about at first but I felt he is not genuine. He’s probably a satanic worshipper that wants to sway ppl away from the truth. I know NDE’s are real. Can’t deny it.

4 years agoThe problem is if it is proven that there is life after death and we incarnate to live out different experiences in order to reach a position where we don't have to anymore and can stay in heaven or what ever you want to call it. If it is proven, people would quite easily commit suicide if life isn't working out for them safe in the knowledge they can try again, civilisation in some respects will collapse while in others it could be liberating. It makes you wonder if some of these elites are aware of it and don't care about going to war because they will think that we don't mind people losing their lives in a conflict because we know they will be back in another life. That is why civilizations were so quick to solve problems in history through war because they firmly believed in the afterlife and the glorious death. Imagine having actual proof of life after death, would it liberate you to do things you wouldn't normally knowing that there are no real conseqencies for your actions and you'll be back

4 years agoWhat I have come to realise in my lifetime is that we do not have control over anything…very few of us will have control over our deaths…or where our lives will end..as the state gets to decide our fate…the first question they will ask a LO is do you have power of attorney…if they answer no…it is at that point the state decides your ending…and it will be an ending..

4 years agoI drowned while white water river rafting and had a profound NDE journey (1971, age 30) that was non-religious (I had been Christian then Catholic then agnostic previously), and one of the things I came back with was an understanding of quantum physics, thanks to the many great teachers I encountered on my journey through the Hall of Knowledge. I'd never taken any drugs before, but sixteen years after, I tried LSD, psilocybin, and MDMA, to compare with my NDE; perhaps trying to replicate it. The drug trips were fantastic! Loved psilocybin trips! But MDMA was incredible!!! Such ecstasy!!! Such a loving space that I was able to forgive the people in my life who had abused me… all of them, and let go of all the anger and fear. (I did it twice with a PhD) But the truth is, they were nothing like my NDE, which was so profound, so much more incredible, ecstatic, peaceful, loving… that I still cannot find the words to express what I experienced as fully awakened consciousness. It was truly ineffable. So I became a teacher of the art of conscious dying into the Light and am leaving my writings behind for those who are ready to practice.
