As an ex viewer of adult content, here’s one man’s advice. Go to church, pray, go to confession (if possible), read scripture, speak to other trusted people about it and cut it out hard. If your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. Embrace positive habits like reading books and other interests. For example the book Hidden laws of addiction by Kalen Newton, that book helped me a lot. My desires for sex bring me to pray for forgiveness for the bitterness that I've let grown up between me and a woman who loves me dearly, though she doesn't understand what hurt she has done. But there is more ahead for us than just this life. It's written, "I press on to the prize", and that prize is life in heaven, 'a place prepared for me' by Jesus.
Why would it be a sin to feel your body like it is made to be felt when I think of the man I love and serve God with?

I don't doubt her sincerity or that her experience was real. Certainly masturbation is inferior to partnered sex in marriage. Certainly you can develop some bad attitudes by masturbating to porn. Also if worldly wisdom goes against the Bible, we must reject the former in favor of the latter. However the question arises, why did God not reveal something like this to any of the other biblical writers? With his travels through the Greek world, Paul would have had numerous opportunities to deal with such questions. However, even the most you can find from him is inference. Certainly it legitimate to raise the point of objectifying people (especially the opposite sex). It is likewise legitimate to be concerned about people who prefer solo over marital sex. However, in the absence of a direct biblical statement, it is unwarranted to issue an absolute ban on that. What if upon reading Song of Solomon someone feels an urge to crank one out? I feel deeply uncomfortable over one writer who said any part of the Bible is off limits to any believer.
