What happened to Jonathan 3 years after he died? Watch Episode 17 here:
Jonathan Ashford never expected to become one of the most compelling voices in the near-death experience community.
Before his death, he was a successful technology executive living what he describes as a “James Bond lifestyle”—wealthy, ambitious, intensely driven, and openly dismissive of spirituality. Then, at just 46 years old, his body suddenly began shutting down – and Jonathan died.
What followed completely shattered his understanding of reality.
In this deeply moving conversation, Jonathan describes leaving his body, experiencing overwhelming unconditional love, witnessing a profound life review, encountering what he calls “Love Itself,” and being given a choice: remain where he was… or return to help others.
He also explains why he no longer fears death, why he believes consciousness survives the body, and how the man who came back bears almost no resemblance to the person who died.
Whether you’re skeptical, spiritual, or simply curious about what may await us beyond this life, Jonathan’s story is one you won’t soon forget.

Ok this intro is entirely deeply moving. It alone is enough to sub. Beautiful and powerful ❤
It would help, if you turned you microphone down, your constanz interruptions are annoying and too loud.
He needs to an uninterrupted Tedtalk.
You actually look better now.
You should read the Koran. Your descriptions are written there.

Dial down the interruptions. Other wise great podcast🎉
Lots of comments saying the interviewers RUIN this interview by constantly interrupting and having an inappropriate amount of levity regarding the subject. I'm not going to waste my time here. Thanks for the warning. Not to mention the TERRIBLE audio quality. Bye.
I didn't watch the vid because commenters are saying the host is interrupting the guest too often.
I've come to a realization, these two morons interviewing Jonathan Ashford do him ,the story and us the viewers a great injustice with there interruptions, stupid jokes and idiot attitudes.
What illness killed him?
If we are all part of each other, or infact, we are each other, why is it so important to be nice and love one aother if already do so, so much on the other side? One would think thats its all the the stuff we cant experience on the other side that would be more important like getting ridden over by a bus, being in prison, jumping off cliffs to our death…..etc etc etc . Im not trying to be funny but it just doesn't make sense to me. Why would I want to experience loving myself if I already love myself on the other side? Unless……im not sure that I love, myself and need to put myself to a test in forgetting who I am to see if I csn still love myself? Even so, I can think of 100's of earth experiences that are much more useful and beneficial. Also this mindset indicates that God himself is still evolving through us which is actually him anyway?
Malcolm Seer from the movie:"The Sixth Sense": "I see dead people all of the time, but they don't know they are dead. They only believe what they want to believe".- look it up. I call BS on this when he says he did not know when he died. He got that line from the movie that came out in'99!
Was Johnathan Covid vaccinated? My concerns are for the fate of vaccinated souls on the other side
The audio is bad
Sounds like a covid jab injury…
The host sucks hes telling a story of horrificly dying hes giggling laughing and chuckling.like dude wtf
You didn't die. Death is final. The cessation of all brain function. Cardiac arrest, or whatever is not death until the end of vrain activity. And there is NO coming back from that.
Is there any intersection of people who have had NDEs and those who had DMT breakthroughs? Really curious..
Really sounds like an ayahuasca journey. Thanks for sharing your story!
Every time I hear a NDE talk about the darkness being in love, it reminds me of the womb. So we come into this world and go out through the womb- amazing!
So we ARE in a simulation. I KNEW it!
You guys should get someone to check your mic setup. 4 sm7s should not sound this bad
Why is it that we can’t we have this type of experience while we’re alive? I mean, isn’t that what we’re all looking for?
I like the hosts interactions. They are kind, and laughing in the right places and asking good clarifying questions. A wonderful NDE story. I had a NDE in 2023 and I am still adapting to all of the internal and external changes. ❤
Oh man! Let him talk 🤦♂️
dude in black is so eager to speak at all times
I needed to hear this. This is what I believed as of 2023, my life changed.
Bless you. That's the feeling.
THANK YOU.
✨🤍✨
SO much Love.
Fabulous message .. thanks for coming back and sharing so articulately ❤
I feel like I'm witnessing all the things I discovered when I died after a brain surgery, not a death physically, but awakened with complete detachment from ego and identity, I could not remember being me but I saw my past as a life I had once lived. And the awakening gave me a out of Body experience that revealed our birth in consciousness and creation at its moment of beginning. I continue to be awake and separated from my ego and identity like an observer of all that I continue to live and experience. Its a very lonely place to be.
Why is the guest speaking in second person? For me this is kind of a weird quality to the report because it's like he wants to make it into something general when really it was very specific to him. This is not to say there's not lots of patterns within the nde experiences of people but there's no reason to generalize if you're telling your own personal experience.
Nice grift
Love this guy, and the interviewer makes it even more extraordinary. So funny but profound as well. Great stuff!!
What an amazing nde! I would love to hear the interview without the laughing. I don't think 75% of what he had to say was funny. I think he was being very serious and intentional with his words and the laughter dismissed what he was saying it felt like.
I really wanted to listen, but the host is annoying and won't just let him talk.
I remember as a child of about 5, having the most beautiful dream of colors flying at me, moving through space with these colors all flying at me, not in a scary way but a really nice way….my parents woke me up, saying that they could hear me laughing and talking but mostly laughing – they thought someone was in my room tickling me or such like…I was so disappointed that they had woken me- I tried so hard to get back to that dream, but never could…it was one of the best feeling that I had ever experienced- I remember pure joy and bliss, like these colors were flying at me to bring me love and joy…50 years later I still vividly remember that, and hearing this story of this man's incredible journey reminded me of the joy of unconditional love and what I do to others I do to myself🥰
No offense brother- that connectedness to all things – sounds like what psilocybin does for people….
“It”, psychics and readings, saging and so many other things mentioned that are contradictory to the Bible. Spirituality but no mention of God and Jesus. Going septic on a bathroom floor and coming back from that with zero medical attention? People don’t just come back from sepsis. I’ve watched many NDE interviews and this is definitely unique. And then the relationship… I don’t know about this one.
100% nonsense. People want to hear that they will not die after they die, so these life after death people take advantage of people fearing death. It’s all a scam.
His NDE is on Anthony Chene Production, dated 18 April 2026
The crosstalking with the metallic voices on microphone interruptions make this difficult to listen to.
So serial killer is just fine and will get love, right😂
