However, "Maria" could have observed the shoe on the ledge before her cardiac arrest while arriving at the hospital or looking out a window. The brain can incorporate familiar or previously seen, but overlooked, details into a vivid hallucination during oxygen deprivation.
I just watched a video of a NDE where the woman sat in the back of her sister’s car….while her own body was in the operating room on the table. She saw her sister text the exact words to another family member. But he is right. She didn’t read a sheet of paper above the ceiling tiles. There was a man with a NDE who could tell you what was on the rooftop of the hospital. Does that count?
