The crazy thing is that I always enter level five when I take a final sprint at a long running competition. I don't know it there are other people that know this specific feeling, but you literally go into spectator mode while you are simply seeing, but not feeling the pain in your legs whilst they are moving faster than should be possible. Breathing noises and your pounding heartbeat turn into background noise. And for a moment thoughts just stop. The only thing I know at that point is to go over the finish line.
I'm not into meditation or anything spiritual but I love how my body can quite frankly becomes limitless as soon as that one goal(the finish) comes in sight. It always makes me wonder how much faster I could go.

Honestly I feel like the first 4 stages are real and well explained, from the end of level 5 (at 21:07 when he explain that your soul and the cosmic soul is the same) to the last level it really sounds to me that it is made up esoterical langage that sound deep but don't make any sense at all. Maybe I'm the problem but I can't figure out how it can be something else, maybe someone who understood can explain it to me

To be honest I think everything makes sense. Past level 5 I have an issue I don't believe past that, he describes a consciousness state but more of a peace of focusing on reality a level of peace not how deep the mind has gone in itself.
