27:35 i feel that a healthy balance can be achieved where men do care about resources but only enough that would provide for the female and the offspring and have the energy to spend time with them also giving them the emotional support, like having an average salary enough to make a living should be enough as long as your also dedicating time and care to your spouse and offspring , people who are too much career oriented might neglect their child and people who cant care for themselves would not be able to care for family
