Dr. Mary Helen Hensley author and one of Ireland’s most sought-after metaphysical healers and synergistic speakers. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Graphic Design, Mary Helen went on to receive a Doctorate of Chiropractic in America, and practiced in Ireland from 1999 until 2012.

I take issue with Alex's comment about having to suffer. That is erroneous thinking. It's certainly understandable especially given Christian upbringing (I wasn't Catholic but I was Congregationalist). What if it can be easy? And why shouldn't it be easy? It can be easy and if you allow it to be easy, it will be easy.
