I started listening to this testimony on another channel but had to stop for a while as it was quite impactful. I bought the book that same day and just finished reading it. For me, the biggest personal impact was when he was between dimensions.
That he could see the Mexican Mafia guy AND the 2 demons escorting him gave me chills. His comment as he was being led to hell "I have know for a while where I was headed, I just wanted some respect as I go"…WOW

Unfortunately we are here on earth. God sees all. Like he clearly said, Jesus said take heed that in this life we will have many struggles. Yes we and the children will suffer.
