A rock only remains a rock not only because that's what you're used to considering it to be, but the collective consideration of other beings. While it is possible to override that collective consideration, it takes considerable effort, time, and know-how. Once one relearns the truth of this material universe, one can once again create or destroy/change reality at will. The "Power" of observation is the ability to see the truth.
