2 years agoI suppose given that the scary test results appeared and then later disappeared (without treatment?), it's not really known what exactly was going on or whether this contributed to the degree of Ezra's support needs?

Now my diagnosis is autism spectrum disorder requiring substantial support in social communication, requiring substantial support in restricted and repetitive behaviors with accompanying intellectual impairment without accompanying language impairment.

2 years agoAh! That IS THE event that turned you into the mother who creates autism . I mentioned there was something happening to you, as the first three kids had normal parenting. It is the trauma of the mother.

2 years agoJust found your channel and I am a firm believer that our Lord puts the special children with the special parents who can care for them. What your family is doing is so beautiful, and as I was watching, I felt ‘there’s no way this family could be doing this without a DEEP faith’. And sure enough, as I watched more I saw how central god was to the life of your family. Bless you all. I’ll be praying for you and I’m so excited for al of your adventures!

Maybe you can later negotiate how the buyer will pay AFTER you meet the potential buyers.
Neither=don't sell. Can you use your property as a side "gig" business: (assuming you can hire someone to do this)
airbnb? rental? your house might look like it could be a timeshare vacation spot? homestay for domestic/international students? apply your house for subsidized housing for lower income families? (government might give you money for providing that maybe)? allow people to quarantine there for certain time periods?

2 years agoIMHO- you should drop the price a little, to the market price, maybe slightly under. No sense in leaving money on the table when you need that money to live on. It’s great that you’re doing this, I think it will test you in ways you can’t imagine and will strengthen the bonds in your family! Good luck!

2 years agoOne of our daughters had the exact same situation, it was really hard. We were even on the cancer floor for a whole day doing a blood thing for her. It was rough. But, man love you guys! What you're saying about relationships is incredibly true, and it's awesome you have the courage to follow through with this wild and awesome idea. I'm sure the house will sell! 🙂
