For a month his body lay in a hospital bed, but Steve was in a place between here and there, a near death experience where time stood still until he learned. Out of body and beyond the pain, he sensed a living energy in everyone and everything, moved through a life review that repeated again and again, and returned from the other side with one truth, that life is good and people are good, even when sorrow comes.

I can understand feeling love for that poor child making so many mistakes.
Can someone explain this to me? He says he ended up in a place that was kind of like an in-between place between here and there.
And in that place, there was no time, and so there were no sunrises or sunsets. But later in the video, he talks about watching the sunset there every day with two old friends, and how both of those friends were dead.
That seems pretty contradictory to me. And how can the friends be 70 or 80 years old at that time? He himself was much younger than that.

What a beautiful friend and soul Kathy must be
I’ve listened to a few NDE stories. This one included many before, during and after stories. It flowed, it was a long life story but it was the depth and many facets that helped me really think about what he was sharing and how we can apply it to our lives without having to experience it ourselves. He relayed it with heart and honesty.
Second time I’ve listened to Stevie’s story. It’s so incredible. I think I love this so much because of the way he learned different lessons. He didn’t unfeestand why certain people came to him or exactly what he was going through or why but he just went with it then finally the lesson was revealed much later. We never learn the lessons as we’re going through them. It’s always later. But what I think most of us miss is the “going with it” aspect. We fight it, beat ourselves up, get depressed, feel defeated and suffer in our minds way more than we should. Also, the way he tells it and his voice. He just has a way of speaking that’s soothing and kind. I really love this and appreciate the insight and wisdoms. Tysm for sharing it!
