Introversion is not a thing one needs to “overcome”. I promise. We can be very social, when the moment is right. I felt the exact same way as Van my entire life, also had an NDE at the age of 8…empath…all of it. In order to be this way, one has to be reflective by nature. This stuff comes as a package deal. I was a professor of fine arts for 19 years, most people assumed I was an extrovert, by the way I interacted with students, and peers etc. So I think people tend to misunderstand introversion greatly. I have lived abroad in many different countries, taken lots of risks that scared me, and am comfortable with people and care very deeply. I just don’t mind being alone, as well. I can pursue all my interests.

34mins ish: FEELINGS. When i had my NDE they telepathed something about 'this planet is all about feelings'. Plus earlier she mentioned 6th dimension, which sounds like the place i where I went. A lot of religions/masters teach about love, which is of course, about feelings.
bible, Revelation, talks about a spacestation called the new Jerusalem. we're not sure if it touches earth but it says the children of God can come and go from it. 'God' lives in it and has always planned to live there, like in the times of Eden. there's also quite a few space ships in the bible, including Ezekial's 'wheel within a wheel' with his 'lord' and an 'orb?' in it.

Never had an NDE or OBE myself, so thank you for describing those experiences in such a clear way, but your reflections on yourself in this life were beautiful to watch, too.
I do hope your visions of Earth also included a healed Earth, a planet that is no longer devastated by pollution and climate disaster. That's my biggest worry for the future, and my biggest hope: that my daughter, and her possible children will see the insect populations grow back to abundance, that nature inclusive farming will be the most normal thing, that our oceans are clean, and full of healthy fish and other sea creatures, and that our forests will overflow with generous life. That people start treating Earth with the respect she deserves. If you could reassure me (well, us all, really) that we'll get there, that would mean the world.

My teacher describes what he calls the 6th ‘ sphere’. as being .. containing .. the highest point of human love that we can attain and experience . But there are more spheres above the 6 th . The 7 th sphere is a transition place leading into the ‘ celestial’ spheres or realms .
But from our earthly viewpoint , even the 2 nd sphere is heavenly compared to here .
He says also that the 1st sphere resembles physically the most beautiful places on earth . Then things improve from there .
What separates the spheres?
Love is the ‘ border’ … someone who has not developed more love cannot cross into a higher sphere until they have raised their own level of love . But we can go ‘ downwards ‘ into lower spheres in order to help others . However when we are very undeveloped we can also remain attached to the earth sphere and influence in many negative ways the people here and also those in lower V levels of sphere 1 in the spirit world .

Yes, people have experienced that loud bang sound as you describe it. It's called the "sonic-boom". I experienced this receiving a miraculous healing. I've read that those about to win the lottery receive this noise as well.
