  1. Thank you so much for always sharing with us. Your light is so infectious ✨️🤗💜 Please do an in-depth video on Orisha, as well as how we explore, how to find our way etc into African Spirituality.

  2. I met a mermaid in the waters we literally was fifteen feet from each other I had my head down and then literally I’m like if I see something in the waters I know God is real and then she showed up we just sat smiling at each other ❤ I’ll never forget it

  3. what I am learning is there is no spirituality or religion, to know the Supreme Creator is just to understand all things come from this source. I AM God, the Highest, and i am god, I am the orishas, i am the angels, I am my ancestors, I am all things, if God is all things. I am Sol, living as I AM, instead of worshipping outside myself, but from inside of me.

  4. Thank you for sharing!! I woke up today and felt like I was in a place to do some inner soul searching. I've been looking into African spirituality ever since I left the church. I feel called to go deeper and would like to know what to do next and how to connect with the Orisha and Yoruba traditions 🖤

  5. Omg something like that happened to me in Brazil! I went to the beach and prayed to Oshimiri before entering the sea at Copa cabana on a day where there was no one but my husband and I. And she took me in and of course being aware that the sea is alive and can take your life, I held my breath as she took me under and turned me around! So when I was released I gave clear alcohol and sugar, and instantly the sea for a long time was calmed. I felt so much severance. I felt the presence of our ancestors not just yoruba, but ibibio, congo, edo and igbo! Now my main bloodline is Igbo, but I definitely felt a strong connection in Brazil and it's yoruba culture!

  6. I feel that I have a calling but I don’t know where to start, it’s kinda hard for me because I am an introvert so I don’t have much of a desire to feel like I’m in an organized religion where I am attending something with groups of people, bad enough going to work everyday about just drains me and I have to recover from being around people.

  7. yes i’d love a longer video on the orishas, i’ve been called but have no clue where to begin and don’t want to be disrespectful. omg btw i got the chance to stop by the store! it’s so good, it’s now my go-to shop! thank you ☺️

  8. This explains why I have been seeing sunflowers everywhere I want to connect with them at the same time I don’t want to do anything wrong 😑 😂 any tips on how to connect with the Orishas ❤ thank u 🙏 sister ❤❤❤

  9. My family is from Ghana and Burkina Faso 🎉always had a connection to a higher consciousness and essence . Always loved African art, wanting to be on the Ivory Coast and always loved everything about the people of Ancient Kemet

  10. I just found out I’m half Nigerian from my father’s side. I was raised Christian but it never called to me and I honestly believed my mother kept this side away from me . I believe in God but I’m more spiritual than religious. And because if this my mother thinks everything I do is witchcraft. On top of that I’m a massage therapist, a healer! I believe in alternative medicine etc but I don’t know where to start 😩I’m 32 and feel like I’m being reborn again

  11. How do i find a family? I have been studying for a while and African spirituality found me..i was with a friend who practice african spirituality and he asked me to hold on to his elekes while he performed (they were yellow green and black) i just hung them around my car mirror. I eventually dropped him off at the airport and he noticed his beads and was in shock because he had forgotten he asked me to hold them. Well he asked me if i knew what they were at that point and i said no and he ended the conversation with “look into african spirituality “…that was about 3 years ago and i have been going down a rabbit hole since.. I feel i have only scratched the surface in the 3 years ive studied but i am ready to expand my knowledge and understanding with family.

  12. I have a story and a question, I can remember sleeping one night and dreaming about this extremely calm and peaceful large lake, I can still remember how calm and settle the water was and most of all very peaceful, as I was walking along the bank of the lake and just staring into the peaceful water all of a sudden this massive female fish tale, beautiful being came Exploding out of the water, she had beautiful glowing blue scaly skin all over he body with ccwlery shells glowing everywhere all over, she stared at me and I could feel her powerful peaceful energy, I was startled at first but she had a very peaceful and calm energy like the water she started telepathically speaking to me but I can not remember everything she said to me I just remember her mouth not moving but words where being said, I could also Feel that she wanted me to come to her but I was to afraid of the water even though I am a very good swimmer, as I looked at her she started to come towards me and all of a sudden I woke up from the dream, it really felt as thou the dream was very real. my question is who was that being or Orisha? And I wander what was that all about and what did she want?

  13. I feel that I've been called from previous lifetimes and from this. I woke up one morning from being told "research Elegba and Oshun". Since acknowledging that whisper, I've been researching and last year was led to Jamaica and the ocean. Going to Ja felt like going home. It was ethereal. I have also since learned my DNA ancestry is West African coast primarily all the states you mentioned. Much grace to you for providing this clarification. Can you also do a video on what to do when called. How to answer the calling. Peace and grace to you. Ase' ✨️🙏🏾🫶🏾

  14. I've always been so interested in my ancestors because I feel like there is something in me that calls to everything you said I just recently found out that babaloo ayé is with me or Saint Lazarus and in trying g to find more of him a came upon your videos ashe ashe ashe

  15. Is there only one God, how do you know that?

The first commandment says worship no other god but…me. This implies that there are other gods also.

  16. I'm from Panama and here we grow up with a very close relationship with the sea. From a small age we are taught to respect it and as dumb teenagers we learn really quick by first hand experience to never challenge it. It can change from a fun time to a VERY tragic time whenever you yell or insult the sea.

  17. I’m Dominican/puerto rican and grew up catholic. I have some roots in Nigeria, yorubaland, Benin and Togo, Ghana and want to learn more about the history and the way of life with African spirituality. I don’t know where to start but learning is a start for me

  18. Oh My goodness! This type of situation has happened to me with the Ocean, Mountains, Rivers, and Forest too, Plus meetings with
Animals, The way the elements of Nature have behaved with me. I have had intense experiences with storms as well! I became afraid of Nature for a bit, because of it creating so much DRAMA in my life. My time in the Natural world WAS SOMETHING else! It was even affecting my dream time. It took some getting use too. I looked within and realized how blessed I am to experience all the SACRED beauty in my magical life! Every little molecule of this multiverse is alive and has a level of consciousness.

  19. Omg!! I would have dreams about water, the ocean for so long and I have this pull this erge to be near the ocean. I'm a cancer, now that I have been on my path I know what the dreams are about. I've always had this thing about African spirituality

  20. Im Hispanic originally from Colombia been deeply intriguéd lately by Lucumi/santeria Growing up Christian I use to think it was demonic but the more I learn about the yoruba religions the more beautiful it is I don’t have African roots thoe would love to learn more about this spirituality

  21. How, at this time in history, can an African American trust any direction? The spirituality/culture yes…but who to trust since the paths are numerous and opinions/knowledge about them vast? How can i learn or practice a culture when i'm not from the culture nor are there any cultural members near me? Thank you .

  23. So interesting. I have that same beach experience of being absolutely pulled in and humbled by the waves and its power. After that I sat on the sand, and pondered so much after that— way before I ever knew of IFA and African Spirituality.

I have a feeling Oya is my head, but I don’t know where to even begin to be initiated— to really know.
