Wrong, you were saved when you were baptized, you confirm to follow the faith at confirmation. Don’t say when you were saved, you were already saved.
Catholics don’t have the bible interpreted for them. I read the bible most days and pray for discernment from the holy spirit, I do not belittle protestants belief system, bottom line we all follow Jesus .
We don’t worship saints or mary, they intercede on our behalf. I pray and talk to Jesus everyday, and use my spiritual discernment that what comes back falls into the word of god.

I love you Randy and I bless you. I must say that I absolutely do Not believe the conversation about the man having huge ears and sharp teeth in heaven…where is the Blood of Jesus and Grace that Covered ALL this man's sins. What Good Father would humiliate a child of His for eternity?
My many conversations with those who have encountered heaven and King Jesus have NEVER seen someone distorted because of earthly sin, Only Restored to the beauty of their original creation.
I would question this according to the redemptive work of The Cross and The Word of God.
Don't be deceived. Heaven is Real but this part of her account does not add up to the Goodness of God.

Dana, I feel your struggle. I've been believer all my life. I know my Lord and I feel him near. But I do struggle "does the Lord love me?" even though I KNOW HE LOVES ME!!! It's so pathetic… haha Funny are the things we struggle on earth. And how the Lord reminds and comforts us with His love <3
The bible says that the former things of this earth will not come to mind in heaven, so does this man not remember why he is forever deformed? It also says throughout the bible that God will not remember our sin no more. So, if our consequences will continue into heaven, how does Jesus still remember that man's (or even our) sin? This is what gets me.
Isaiah 65:17 NKJV
[17] “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind.
Isaiah 43:25: God blots out transgressions and remembers sins no more.
Micah 7:19: He hurls all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.
Psalm 103:12: He removes our sins as far as the east is from the west.
Isaiah 1:18: Though sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.
Jeremiah 31:34: God promises to forgive wickedness and remember sins no more.
Hebrews 8:12: God affirms He will remember their sins and lawless acts no more.
Hebrews 10:17: A repetition of the promise that sins are permanently forgotten.
1 John 1:9: Confession leads to forgiveness and cleansing from all unrighteousness.
Romans 8:1: There is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.
I believe her description of someone in heaven with big ears because of something he did wrong and the teeth is antithetical to scripture. That says as far as the East is from the West. So far God removes our sin from us. Also, I just don't see anything in scripture that would back up with you saying. But bless you for all the good solid people you have on. It's so encouraging.

We do not have to ask forgiveness for our sins after we are saved. Jesus forgave us when we received salvation. We should repent which means to turn away or go in the opposite direction from a sin. We need to decide we do not want anything to do with that sin, give it to God and confess His great and precious promises. Resist the devil with His Word and he will flee from you.

Everyone has a slightly different experience as far as the tunnel / going through the earth, this and that, when it comes to NDE and coming back, it depends on where you go first. That’s just how it is.

This is straight up just a dream. We have to filter the true from the false. Within 6 minutes she's said "Well, we were here, and then all of the sudden THIS and then suddenly THAT. Then, for no reason whatsoever I'm 8 years old. We walked, but then we were somewhere else, no idea how we got there." Yeah……. That's how dreams work.
I actually get jealous sometimes when people I know that are believer I know has die. Because I know what waits for the believer in Christ is better than this world!
That was a wonderful testimony! The only thing, I have it hard to believe we are suppose to keep our heads covered! Dont recall any other persons nde experience where every womans head should be covered on earth and every woman's head was covered in heaven!

Dana's prayer at the end was awesome, I could spend a week trying to write out a prayer like that, and not come close, yet she could utter it off the cuff in seconds.
