  1. I had a strange experience about 6 years ago,I believe. I was not ill, I had not been in an accident. I was walking in a forest. Lots of pine trees . It was autumn, windy and cold
. I had what I can only call a feeling with the scene. Which was peaceful and beautiful. I lost my feeling of being separated and distinct. I was not in the forest, I was the forest. It was an experience of feelings completely free and completely happy. After a while I come back to sensing myself as I usually do. I have not had that experience again. But I have had some strange things occur every once in a while. I now know that there are states of being that humans can have that our culture does not recognize. Hearing discuss what happens when we enter the death process reminded me of a few times where I went through a transformation that occurred while being very much alive.

  2. When my mom was dying she kept hearing what she described as angels singing.
Late in the night I fell asleep when I was awakened by feathers rubbing across my body from my feet to the top of my head. I sat up knowing God had just called my mom home.
For a few days I thought I could feel her presence near me. The feeling was very peaceful and comforting. I still miss her after 40 years. I know she is celebrating everyday in Heaven.

  3. There is no sorting of subjective experience vs. objective reality in this discussion. It is completely subjective. NDEs vary from person to person, and from situation to situation. The role of coincidence is ignored.

The theme that the mind is what the brain does, is very poorly brought out. Without the brain, there is no mind. The brain has self-protective biochemicals that are released at the point of death, and these may have an effect on what the dying perceive. 🎉

  4. I wonder how many people that NDE's are changed by the experience, only to revert back to their old ways. I had a coworker that was racist, conservative and not tolerant of others at all. He had a NDE during a heart bypass surgery. He said he saw Jesus, said we're all connected, etc. Now 5 years later, he seems back to his old self.

  5. 11:30the brain is the material, anatomical organ- can the brain appear in the brain?! In other words, I'd rather reverse the question by asking can the brain exist outside of consciousness? Consciousness is the witness, not the doer; the intellect is the doer/thinker but thinking is intermittent while consciousness is always present.

  6. My wife is Thai. When her grandmother died at her parents home, she was lying on a mattress on the floor (they don’t have beds in the house). She was laid out, groomed and dressed. Neighbours dropped in with kids to say good bye and it was all very normal, not tragic, filled with bits of love, laughter, sadness and just normal emotions. Then for three days whisky she was kept in a refrigerated coffin, peopel came and went with food and drinks under canopies set up in the street. On the day of the funeral my wife (who her grandmother effectively raised as a child) led a procession through the village holding her grandmothers photo with all the family and friends connected by a long string the were holding to take her the the crematorium at the local temple. The monks did their ritual and the grandmother was cremated. This scene I witnessed every week in the village and surrounds. Life and death are intertwined and natural

  7. My friend wanted to visit a dear friend. He took a photo of him in his rocking chair which was coincidentally the moment of death. There is a clear photo of a figure made of soft light rising from the chair.

  8. The moment I realized that we really havee a soul is when I asked myself is an AI able to become conscious. To me that is completely impossible and that explains that there is something out of the brain. Life itself is consciousness. I think that every cell of our body is conscious.

  9. What about going to the Spirit World? If our Loved Ones come to meet us, where have they come from?

This blending with the Universe isn't quite right. I've seen Spirit and heard them. I've had Lucid Dreaming. There is a Spirit Where we reside after this World.

  10. It is funny, the night my father died, I was driving home from work and was stopped by a drawbridge. As I sat there, the water, the sky, the lighting were very spiritual and I had a realization. I experienced a transfer where God became my true father and I realized my dad a lovely man who I was blessed to have raised me, and he was very sick and suffering.. with that, the draw bridge settled and the gate went up and I drove home. I got the call to come to the hospital. I was there as my father passed. I looked up to the ceiling and corner of the room to say goodbye to his spirit.

  11. So when I was attacked by this thing I was sleeping it was late night then before I slept I looked out of the window there was a drone I mentioned that before in 2020 augst so then I felt this Whoopi g sound woof woof like as if some thing attacked me it was flashes of pstuff I saw I saw Dalai Lama n he threw a vajra like on me I saw him n then I saw these flashes so bad it was hitting my head so I started praying to lord Buddha because I saw him I mean I’m a Hindu half my dad is Buddhist so I started asking him to help me then I felt some thing covered my head it was totally dark I could hear a muffled sound out side but my had was covers like with a robe or a in a come so then I tried to get up I couldn’t open my eyes it was so dark n I started calling my family for help my voice did not go out so I thought I was dead I was like really I thought that is the end but after may be 20 minutes or something that attack stopped it was so quiet n then I was still in but then slowly this thing moved like some robe like or bed sheet it was a robe it let me out I was like so happy to just wake up n ever since that all this happened next day Dalai Lama said thank u for the birthday wishes I was actually praying n I heard I do t know I said happy birthday n it was on the you tube then there were some rituals on the you tube I actually saw that because I thought I t would help me from the attacks but it did not very chaotic for 2 years I saw this going to the universe everyday different skies like crazy some were having planets n different dimension we live in they are true but it took me every srcoind to pray to gif I kept on crying n crying then yeah I was saved by real Buddha I think because one day there was a sky on sky it was some thing almost killing me then it was on you tube u so some one kept putting witch craft crude on me I heard this witch too she spoke in a different language she wanted some thing I don’t know I could not understand properly but I heard her saying I want n then I woke up crazy bitch any way so yeah I hope u will take action for the crime like this it’s not fair also there was a tear drop a black tear on you tube I saw that was when I saw the small spark in some silver and black thing escape it was in the sky then that u can check it I don’t knew ehst is going on but I gave u the details to check

  12. So then also one day I t took me under water I was sleeping n I saw me jump into the water but strangely it felt real n I was breathing like I did not feel like I was drowning how strange that is what is it I don’t know but I don’t want to go to the other side it’s sick pathetic dirt that is hell like so much dirt n this person tries to put me there every time I saw a lot of business people stick in the dark on a bus like I Ont know who they were may be there is something

  13. He's absolutely wrong on past dogs and cats and pets of all types not greeting you. The first 25 years of research never asked about pets — thus the numbers listed were low. Recent research has included pets in NDE interviews and its overwhelming the response they did indeed welcome them.

Dr. Bruce Greyson, one of the best-known NDE researchers. In a 2023 peer-reviewed article, Animals and Near-Death Experiences, he reviewed cases in which people reported encountering deceased animals during NDEs.

Deceased pets have appeared in documented near-death experiences, including rare cases in which the experiencer reportedly did not yet know that the animal had died. I could go on and on documented such cases, but the bottom line is the Great Divine would NEVER give us love, only to deny us that same love in an afterlife. HE"S VERY WRONG!!!!
