I really struggle with forgiven people who have done me wrong l personally think God give us free will to choose but some of us don't understand the power we have and must held accountable for our actions and lessons must be learned so we don't ever fall into that situation again.

Pornography is a spiritual weed that is fed by the lust of your flesh and enhanced by demonic oppression. Deliverance will come through true repentance. When God sees your heart is broken and contrite, then His power will be invited in.
He sweeps your vessel clean and renews a right spirit in you. That's when that weed (porn) is uprooted. Now, doing your daily spiritual maintenance, prayer, the word, and at times fasting. Then, you will need to set up an internet filter on your phone that blocks inappropriate content, including lustful videos on YouTube.

I’m years free from this particular act but the damage it does is irreversible. Every image you consume lives somewhere inside you forever. Your mind will always be in a battle with this.
The one piece of advice I can give people struggling with this is to recognize it BEFORE you go commit the act. Understand that the actual sin is committed before you go watch anything. It’s in your mindset. Ground yourself. Remove temptation. Avert your eyes.
