God loved you girl I was unlucky enough to be the RN who had the first maternal death at our hospital in 35years it was from amniotic fluid embolism unfortunately they are almost always fatal unless there's a heart/lung machine close by
I knew two sisters this happened to after they gave birth. They did survive but it was tough
