IMPORTANT: Guys I've personally struggled with lust a lot, but I've kicked the habit. Sometimes the urges are strong because of loneliness or depression and stress. If you're financial able, eat out with friends, go to church, volunteer, do something that'll occupy you for a few hours and get your energy lower. If you can't, remember the urges pass. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Trust me, in the moment it can feel like just "one more time", but it might set a standard for the future. God can give people over to retched desires, trust me, one more time can become months of spiritual dryness and sorrow, even falling away potentially. Watch a harmless video, a movie, a book, play a game, exercise, do something go get distracted. You can think of lust as cosplay love, it never leaves you satisfied. Watch a studio Ghibli film, Princess Mononoke and Howl's Moving Castle killed lust in me for days. Run from Satan, but also run into the arms of your Heavenly Father. Pray, study the word, do all things to His glory. And by all means pray for strength. Trust me, many times I literally thought it impossible for me
