This is a very black and white explanation of a spectrum, especially when cognitive empathy can help them understand and be aware of others' feelings without emotional empathy / affective empathy. So much exaggeration.

Yes I recently dated a psychopath but ended it very quickly. And I live to tell about it.
That was the turning point with a recent one I met, he tried to play me into believing we were best friends, but I was feeling down one night, and he couldn't care less. That was when I realized what kind of person he really was, plenty of other clues too beforehand, but I wasn't 100% until then.

Nowadays I am getting crueler towards babies ( not really cruel i mean I get annoyed easily and don't like noicy one and too much affection addicted babies I want to throw them away from me I just get too irritated and annoyed from the kids who want too much affection not talking about attention it's about affection and I love kids I admire but sometimes I don't like or i probably hate to see babies what should I do at this point is it something serious). No, completely wrong. If you meet with a psychopath, they will be goode empathetic but if you meet with them in way like in a relatioship then they show their real face.

I do not feel the feeling another person shows during a conversation with me. But I am not one in a million. Empathy is a behaviour that is shown with words and not a feeling. And it's taught as a child by parents, to give it. I show that and care because it's a social demand in order to be accepted, liked and loved.
It's wrong saying lack of empathy. Because that means a person has a little. But they have none and neither any care for others, remorse and guilt. Psychologist miss to mention the part of psychopaths having no care for others. That affects them to.
