I totally understand what this man's saying. Experienced a very similar situation myself. Not in combat, but crossing 3 power lines on the top of a telephone Pole with an east wing hammer and my forearm. Knew I was being electrocuted, couldn't feel my body, but I didn't think it was listening to me when I said, let go, ha, but no panic, no fear, just acknowledgement. I'm being electrocuted, I'm going to die next thing. I know I woke up hanging upside down from a fence looking at and upside down headstone for context, I collapsed into a business across the street. From a cemetery that made headstones, I wasn't in a hole
What a story, bless him. So glad he survived.
