This woman says that she doesn't remember a lot of the details of what happened to her, yet after watching hundreds of NDE videos, hers has some of the most clear and insightful details of any I've seen. I especially love the part where she says she was inside of her husband, or one with him, given that I lost my husband several months ago. That was very comforting.

There’s a lot of things people love and love to do. Not necessarily good. What kind of love is it that matters? I would say a love soaked in truth. And that’s what will set you free.
She lost me with Atlantis
I experienced this during an ayahuasca ceremony. There was no judgment at all—you simply felt and knew that you were not being judged, and that you were loved for who you truly are. There was a deep understanding of your very being.
The love was so immense that the human structure itself seemed incapable of containing it, nor was it meant to. Love flows freely, and we are meant to pass it on to others—that was the message I received.
We do not need to worry so much, and much of our suffering comes from the fact that we judge too much. The feeling of unity is beyond words. Suddenly, you feel connected to the trees, the flowers, and every other living being. Time and space become little more than formalities that allow experience to exist.
That is what she spoke about: wholeness, presence, and love. Whether through Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity, Hinduism, or any other philosophy or religion, they all point toward something greater. In the end, what you believe matters far less than many imagine, because God is ineffable. Everything we are capable of saying is only a tiny glimpse of His immeasurable greatness.
One metaphor I once heard and deeply appreciate is that we are like waves in the ocean. We perceive ourselves as separate from it, but when we return, we realize that we were the ocean all along.
Even from a purely logical perspective, it makes little sense to harm another person, because in doing so you are ultimately harming yourself. Each of us is a fragment of a greater consciousness.
Her account reflects much of what lies beyond ordinary human experience. It is truly an extraordinary testimony.
