What a great interview! About MS and other autoimmune disorders – I have this and found that doing "inner child work" where we go inward and heal our inner children really does heal our bodies. I had trapped trauma from childhood and clearing that out made MS all but disappear. I can become symptomatic again when I'm stressed, which is a physical cue that it's time to stop and meditate, slow down and find gratitude, take a break and sit with spirit. It is indeed very healing for our physical bodies! I spend an hour in meditation daily, and stay very, very connected to my heart, my body, my breath and spirit. This keeps me physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. 💜💛🧡❤
