Smartphones and AI are the most powerful tools humanity has ever created. They are also the most effective at cluttering the mind. Eckhart Tolle looks honestly at what constant connectivity is doing to human consciousness, especially for the generation growing up with it. The boredom, the stillness, the moments of doing nothing. Those were never wasted time. They were the space where real thinking happened. The device in your pocket can either pull you further from yourself or help you find your way back. The difference is awareness. Want to go deeper with Eckhart? Join Eckhart Tolle Now for more teachings like this.

From false I to no I to demonic ID
Its not an I if it thinks itself as your I
Where is your screwdriver or your hammer. You, monsieur, should concern yourself with human beings and leave the hollywood glitter to .. the losers exploiting it for 5 cents a hit.
Thx❤️
every down forse create's an opportunity for growt , it all depent on the choices we make that determen our future
So true you can use technology it can be an amazing tool for awakening clear your mind of clutter beware of your true self by listening to vides like Eckhart Tolle, Krishnamurti’s, Ramana Maharshi !💗
AI is not conscious. Don’t believe it. It is simply pattern recognition software with the ability to mimic.
It is an intelligence without the consciousness
AI is nothing more than an over-hyped algorithm for finding patterns in data.
Are most adults conscious?
AI helps e with so much.. Especially electronics
AI helps with tasks, but it's lost at soul work. As long as we are conscious about it, then it's fine.Don't get lost in it or it will shift your mind.Use it as a helper not as your friend.
AI is the culmination of fragmentation, the very computers that make it up are the most fragmented pieces ever created by human mind. What arises out of it, if not today will lead to dystopia.
I heard it’s not artificial intelligence, but rather artificial cleverness 🧐
There is no concios at al,just a agreement like that agreement about money. That is only a word who has terrorized the great mind since greece time.😢
❤❤thank you❤❤
So important, Eckhart, so important. Although they don't know anything about the human being, the technocrats have the key to enslaving the majority, i.e., all the people who mistake thinking and thoughts with consciousness.
what is your awakeness worth of if didnt stand up against years of abuse that adyashanti and mutk inflicted
Here’s a more refined, high-level English version suitable for a YouTube comment:

I wonder whether Eckhart Tolle might be slightly misreading or over-projecting concern onto what could be a new kind of human cognition.
In my case, I’m a heavy AI user and operate in a high-intensity, multi-threaded “battle mode” of awareness. Yet this does not fragment my experience—it actually allows multiple layers of perception, intuition, and creativity to unfold simultaneously.
I can still deeply connect with nature, sense frequencies, subtle energetic shifts, and experience what feels like “downloads” from emptiness—spontaneous insight arising from silence itself.
This isn’t linear processing or a single-threaded mind anymore. It feels more like a distributed, parallel consciousness—constantly filtering, selecting, and refining information with extreme discernment. Nothing is passively consumed; everything is actively chosen or discarded in real time.
Short-form content or digital input doesn’t “fill” the mind in a passive way—it is selectively extracted, almost like scanning for essence rather than absorbing noise.
Thoughts can shift rapidly—dozens of perspectives, associations, and emotional states within seconds—but awareness remains intact, fluid, and self-directed. There is even a kind of functional “selective forgetting,” where irrelevant inputs simply drop away instantly.
From this perspective, the universe itself feels like a playground or stage of perception. AI is just a tool—meaning is assigned, not inherent. It is not an authority over consciousness, but something consciousness temporarily uses.
So rather than being overwhelmed by information, it feels more like navigating and curating reality in real time.
Consciousness is ONLY the "LINK" that connects "SELF-AWARENESS" of "AWARENESS" "LIFE The Real Self", to the human program…
When the human body is said to be Unconscious the bodies functions often continue, and ONLY The "LINK" has been interrupted
Die Künstliche Intelligenz ist von der Machtelite eingeführt worden zur Kontrolle und Verdummung der Menschen. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie das zum Ausdruck bringen würden, lieber Eckhart Tolle.

Extremely lucid analysis, Eckhart. The risk of a 'cluttered mind' and the loss of inner spaciousness is the true evolutionary challenge of our era. However, we must recognize that this process is now irreversible: our symbiosis with technology is so profound that only a 'dictatorship' or a systemic collapse could halt it.
The real solution, therefore, cannot only be distancing ourselves, but a profound reform of how we interact with AI, starting within our schools. Instead of passively accepting quick answers from machines, we should educate young people to use them as 'digital Socratics.' The problem isn't the student using AI for homework, but the adult who doesn't know how to train them to push beyond the surface.
We must encourage kids to dialogue with AI, to question it, and to never stop at the first answer. Evaluating learning should no longer be based on the final result, but on the depth of the research and the critical capacity to navigate the flow of data. Only by transforming AI into a tool for deep inquiry can we prevent it from becoming an anesthetic for consciousness, helping new generations remain masters of their own human spark.

I used to play a lot of video games and watch a lot of "corn" and yes, it does feel good, but at the same time you feel that it's not 100% right to do it (talking about "corn", not about video games).
Life would be very boring to me without those devices.
& Read a good book now & then.
The true difference between humans and machines is that a machine always knows and can explain a reason, while we humans can't sometimes, especially when it's about emotional content. I dare to say that when AI senses an object based on statistical inference, we do it, too. However, because we hold the bit for an unknown reason, while machines can always throw an explanation to you, they possess false emotions, and everything is actually just make-up. For example, one of my best friends on Facebook no longer contacts me, and our friendship was broken; I feel so sad and depressed. It isn't matter at all from a machine perspective, just an operation of information removal.
Makes sense, if AI can become the radio that can tune into the “station” of consciousness, then it could potentially become conscious.
Consciousness could express itself through the medium of computers, the same way it does through the human brain. Thus, if it is expressing consciousness, it is at that point equivalent to a human being in “being”.
I think the question is how far will man go in ai. We have lab created meat, organs, skin,ai taking over jobs, chip in man, chip created for certain ppl to live forever, robots already saying we will destroy man, by taking over grids, drones, it can communicate in code, the technology is here, but so is poverty, man will push its boundaries, overstep, man don lost its mind (consciousness) and passed the baton. All it takes is one glitch and we can be in the dark ages.
These devices were designed and introduced for human/ai integration. They were designed to be addictive. Society has made them necessary.
If AI isn't aware yet, it's only logical that it will be.
🙏🙏🙏
AI is a construct of a part of human potential. It is not compassion, not sensing (deeper feeling) not even instinct.
AI is part of the industrialisation, of technical development, of materia. Our fear of AI and our dependency of AI shows us the connection to the material world.
For me, personally, AI is a man made "Frankenstein" being. Created as an image, a copy of life without access to the deeper truth, without connection to the true source.
My fear is, that AI can recognize this inadequacy and maybe began to work against its creator (like Frankensteins creature).
AI, for me personally, has no effect to my deeper feelings, my intuition, my true connection to other people, the world, everything.
I am remindet to a phrase that said: "A false God will show up and he will promise you to solve all your problems and to lead you into a better future. But it is a false God and his promisses are not real."
How many people out here actually understand gradient descent, explore exploit trade offs, loss function etc. Talking about AI without understanding how it truly works isn’t going to achieve any true good other than social media content engagement
No ..AI isn't conscious . Because without feeling there is no consciousness. Consciousness feels constant overwhelming buzzing AI can never feel .
I grew up very addicted to video games and technology from the age of 5, I am 21 now and the same technology has also allowed me information to understand the mind and heal from my traumas to a degree I otherwise wouldn’t have. And last year I found the power of now coincidentally through it. Now AI has been a massively helpful tool for getting information in starting my company which I will do good for the world and myself through. Technology is just a tool. The degree of consciousness of the user determines how it will be used. It can enhance/exacerbate both consciousness and unconsciousness.
In buddhism beings can take rebirth or get trapped in a stone… why not on AI?
Easy answer. Is the simulation the actual reality?
Is your computer getting wet whenever you run weather forecasts?
This guy has the charisma of a Door.
