True, I do sidha vidhya which is a kind of contemplation in which Prana merges in conscious awareness as pulses. It is beyond mind and body. We call it as jiva samadhi or jiva parayor iakyam. Planks theory almost synchronize "it".😊

Mind and consciousness are not the same. Consciousness is AWARENESS. I am aware of happy mind, sad mind, angry mind etc. Anything that I am aware of cannot be me because I am the subject. In my awareness arise all objects and mind ( mind is an object). Subject cannot be objectified in any manner.

My wife has Alzheimer's and can't find her words. At the onset of this condition she said she couldn't find her words. I began to realize she was telling me her consciousness couldn't access the area of her brain where her words were stored. She still communicates by blinking her eyes.
