  1. This is hilarious, people are programmed to believe death is painful, hardwired as a means of self preservation, pain being a primary driver for a lot of our motives throughout primitive survival history.

The human brain, when damaged, resets, and is unable to retain recent memory too well, you would have no recollection of your death or many hours prior, for you would not be there to remember it anymore.

The only reason this isn't a common way of thinking because people are crazy and suicidal enough as it is, and those in power look for ways to mitigate individuals running head first into walls.

  2. It goes out In the top of your head the energy. Takes a second. I have tryed it. So i know Ot. But you are actually not even. Involwed. Because you are not even here only the Big self is here ❤ Nice ok

  3. But burning is painful …. I am dieing in pain thats true …. But getting burnt to death till ashes is painful too Sadhguru…. Chronic 32 year old yes it is , so if i choose for burying will that be adharmic ?

  4. Somewhat frightening …unclear to me here….who dismantles the karma of the dying one ? Ourselves by our karmic actions when alive or another person or family as a group after one leaves this plane of existence or does it take the energies of the both as in the 13 day souls cycle after bodily physical death meaning no brain wave activity ….?

  5. These death rituals are so brutal, when my father died in my childhood, it literally made me depressed for so many years. Seriously, We need to change our rituals 😡

  6. Losing a father is already extremely brutal, especially for a child. But some rituals can also be mentally exhausting and traumatising. Imagine a child being forced to pick up his own father’s bones, doing bath after bath for days, sometimes dozens of times, being told not to cook, not to light the gas, not to even step outside the house. Then you have to go to the temple in the middle of the night, stay there and do more puja. For the ashes too, you have to go again on another day, bath again, immerse the ashes, do puja, then again bath. If you talk to a priest, he will always say another big puja is needed. For some people, these things do not heal, they only make the pain and trauma last longer. Everyone grieves differently. What gives peace to one person can be torture for another. Grief should be about healing, not about increasing mental suffering, especially for children.

  7. I am not scared of pain.. I am scared of being not able express what I feel at that moment.. It's like being entrapped in your own brain with a lot and not able to express it.
