  3. Deuteronomy 28

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY WE ARE IN THIS MESS

    YOU SEEK DEVILS

    TALKING TO THE DEAD

THE DEAD ARE DEAD ….. HENCE THE WORD DEAD

ONLY GOD IS ETERNAL DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT

NO ONE HAS THE POWER TO LIVE FOREVER

SATAN HAS MADE A FOOL OF THE MASSES

    THE WORD ALIVE AND DEAD

    ARE NOT THE SAME

THERE ARE DEMONS WHO CAN IMPERSONATE LOVE ONES

THIS IS WHY GOD SAYS FLEE FROM WITCHES AND EVIL SPIRITS

HERE YOU HAVE SOOOO MANY LIFTING UP DEMONS

    YOU WILL HAVE YOUR REWARD
    ONCE YOU LET SATAN IN

HE WILL FIGHT TO KEEP YOU!!!

  4. Iyanla was initiated into Lukumi tradition. She is not a Yoruba Priestess since she is not Yoruba. She is a Olosha and perhaps now a practitioner of Isese however that is just one of the many traditions that exist in Yoruba culture. Yoruba is not a practice but a peoples from West Africa. Orisa traditions are vast and not everyone in Yorubaland practices it. The God of the Bible is not the same as Olodumare. This is an oversimplification and not “god of your understanding”. Also Europeans have a wide variety of beliefs when it comes to ancestors. Angels are a Abrahamic Religions belief and they are not Eegun which are the ancestors. We have to be very careful when listening to people who want to pick and choose practices and not understand a culture as a whole.

  5. The confusion is mind boggling 🤯! How is one honoring God when doing the very things He said not to do? And who told you that ancestors and angels are the same thing? Like where did that misconception derive from? Ancestors are “people from whom a person is descended, such as parents, grandparents, or great-grandparents” meaning they are souls of humans that have passed on. Ancestors are defined as “ancestors are always dead, as an "ancestor" refers to a person from whom you are descended, meaning they must have lived before you and therefore passed away”. Clearly being once human beings like you and me! Angels are defined as “a spiritual being believed to act as an attendant, agent, or messenger of God” key word spiritual being! To teach that these two things are one and the same is a total misrepresentation of biblical and spiritual text! The fact that anyone is uplifting this is insane and know that you are just as guilty as the misinformed leader! Practice what you wish but don’t try to disguise 🥸 your worshiping of deities for worship to the one true God Yahweh!

  7. The part I didn’t hear was the relationship to self. Unless that’s part of the first principle mentioned. I’m new to this. Got here by looking into my ancestry, currently researching all of the spiritual practices in my bloodline.

  8. How do you have a healthy relationship with your parent if he raped you and beat you and called you names. Because that is what happened to me, and I wasn't the only one.

  9. I can't have a good relationship with my family they're all crabs in the barrel…
I've given up on them, trying to stay around them does nothing but bring me pain n suffering.
Guess I'm not getting blessed 🤷🏿‍♂️

  10. I didn't know this about you! ❤ I beleive and feel I am an Olokun-Yemaya daugther❤. Ashé Iya mi, Ashé Baba mi 🩵💙 Iyanla… I have to say my sister, you made my day! And I kind of know your gift from some years now. Ashé

  11. TY for this. As the world seems to get more chaotic, it is a blessing to find strength and shelter in our original, empowering (non-predatory), life-affirming and life-guiding philosophies / practices.

  12. Thank you for the comparison of the angels to the Orisha. I have been thinking how we do not see them as gods which makes ppl confused when they see rituals. I am black and Jewish and see how both can be one but ignorance keeps us apart.

My Hebrew name is Ori, which means my light. Which is interesting since Ori in Yoruba is divine spiritual path. The name was perfect for my overlap of cultures.
