For an illiterate they would pronounce it as Con-Science lol
Great content and videos you do. Another way of looking at conscious is if you're alert and awake, versus unconscious, passed out or sleeping
I have had a similar conundrum regarding these two words. However, the way you enunciated these words so distinctly, it helps in distinguishing the difference between them much easier
Thx u. U always help me.
Thank you
Excellent.So gentle and none condesending.Bravo.
Wow! Amazing video 🎉
Conscience 양심
Carcass, caucus…
Not [ʃes] or [ʃens] but [ʃəs] and [ʃəns], right?
guilty conscience
Romance languages: ah, we'll just use one word for both conscience and consciousness. 😅
Thank you Rachel ✨
Oops! Looks like I made a mistake in the IPA! 😣 Conscious should be [ˈkɑn ʃəs]. Conscience should be: [ˈkɑn ʃəns]. Sorry abou that!😅
One is adjective, another is noun, but both derive from Latin "com" (“together”) + "scire" (“to know”).
Another example why English is the dumbest language ever
So basically it’s aware and awareness
scious – knowledge. , con scions – CON to make someone believe untruth! So a Lie of knowledge!
God created our conscience to know right and wrong, Adequate and Detrimental, Good and Bad, Righteous and unrighteousness, Good and Evil
Our conscience makes us conscious. The noun and the adjective 😅
THANK YOU TRULY!!❤️
English is meant to confuse…it's the language created to confuse the soul
You are the best ❤❤
Thank you ever so much, mom. I really appreciate you. ❤🎉❤🎉
Does the vowel o in the word vomit have an ah sound like father?
