  1. What God has done for us in Christ is breathtaking.

for what it's worth, the liturgy is very important. we need to go into every Sunday rightly and humbly prepared to receive God Himself in Holy Communion. The liturgy keeps us in that right frame. praise bands and de-emphasizing what the liturgy does in our conscience is the 21st century equivalent of Anglican Christmas hymns!

  2. Unfortunately Pastor Wolfmueller's opinion contradicts his own confession of faith in AC 15. While he clearly loves the traditional Lutheran liturgy, the Augsburg Confession says that Lutherans are not to burden the conscience of the faithful with church rites as if they were necessary for salvation. The traditional church rites may not burden Pastor Wolfmueller's conscience, but perhaps they do another confessional Lutheran who chooses not to use the old liturgy. So, despite his personal taste for the liturgy, this is something optional for confessional Lutherans and he's wrong to make it seem like the liturgy is necessary in a way that is not confessed in Scripture or the Lutheran Confessions. You don't need the old liturgy to have the imprint of the heavenly council on your conscience. Just read the Bible.

  3. Amen…. Ty ..
    Catching up on your videos.
    Being refueled with Gods word.
I’m not sure if you’ll actually read this or respond, but I sure would love direction in prayer with my youngest Son, he’s Catholic, & loves praying the rosary , with me, every night calling me, ♥️ but he knows I don’t believe praying to Mary
to forgive us our sins…. Is biblical, I want to continue this time together, as he had nothing to do with me for 9yrs, now he’s turned himself around through his very strict religious faith…
I love him … but I feel I’m compromising my faith..
    Help …

  4. I love the Lutheran Liturgy. I recently changed churches and found a good liturgical LCMS church! It is led by two Godly pastors. God be praised!
