We have always been conscious. I now remember how the moment I grew my mind and consciousness from my conception and up to my current life. I realized that everything is shaped according to how I respond to whatevers happening around me. It also kinda gave me a little bit of psychosis because this somehow convinced me that I am all alone in this universe and that I am just dreaming and the signs are everywhere telling me to wake up

remember life evolved over 4,500,000,000 years. that's a LOOONG time for consciousness to have enough time to emerge naturally and be shaped by evolution and Earth's constraints.
